Our friend group was looking for a relaxing place for our 3 night stay and Mark’s place exceeded our expectations. The backyard was so spacious we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio and a swim during the day. Towels, coffee pods, cooking utilities were all there. We felt as if we were home and never wanted to leave. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to stay in the north scottsdale area and it was a quick 7-10 min drive to everything we were trying to do. The beds were also comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve rented several houses in Scottsdale over the years, and this was by far the best. Mark was a fantastic host—responsive and accommodating. The set-up of the house was perfect for us. Casita was excellent for grandparents. Big backyard for the kids. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and would love to stay here again on future visits!

Very nice setting and easy to relax. Beautiful pool. Well-kept landscaping. Such a pleasant surprise to have fresh lemon and grapefruit trees! Large kitchen is perfect for entertaining our large family. Griddle cooktop was a hit. Outdoor kitchen also a hit. Every day felt more comfortable than the prior. The cabana is a fully equipped accessory unit. It was perfect for our teen boys to be separate from the main home - with their own kitchen for those late night meals. Our group included early risers that charted 3-5 mile walks each morning. Even though the home is a little more north than we’d normally stay, it was easy to access and a quick drive or walk to Kierland shops/restaurants. We’d probably call the overall home and amenities a solid 4-4.5, but I’m rating everything a 5 because the owners are so attentive, considerate and helpful. All things considered, I’d say Mark is the best host we’ve ever had with AirBnB or other.

This property was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. The playground equipment probably needs some fixing up but overall the kids loved it. The Casita in the back was a hit with our group. Pool was large, heated and just what we were looking for. Hot tub was also great since we had some colder than expected weather. Owners were super responsive and very nice. We loved this property and would 100% stay again.

Beautiful home with an amazing backyard. Plenty of space for a large group, very clean home and the kitchen did not disappoint. Our parents stayed in the casita and it maintained all the amenities as the main home. Mark was a fantastic host and very responsive. Would definitely return for another family vacation.

Mark was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. We traveled with 2 other families with kids and the space was perfect. The kids loved the playground and heated pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The casita was practically another house which had its own kitchen laundry and bathroom. The location is about 15 minutes from old Scottsdale but there are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was beyond beautiful!! Very clean up to date home, with activities including board games, play area, & plenty of space/seating both in & outdoors. EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful property. Would highly recommend.

I booked this home for a corporate group. We were in town for meetings and enjoy having a home rather than a hotel to stay in. This neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean and organized. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day.

Fantastic place for a family to stay. Lots of space for kids to have fun both indoor and outdoor. Also if you are a chef this is the best kitchen my family has seen at an Airbnb.

Such a great place to stay for a fun trip. Our visit was for a sad family visit but what a refuge from that sadness the home was. So much room to relax that we rarely got near the pool table. Backyard is an oasis and wish the weather was cooler to enjoy outdoors more. Grill is huge and on natural gas - easy to operate and no worries about running out of fuel. The Casita puts this place over the top!

Mark was a great host, very responsive & helpful. The house looks just like the pictures & it did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay so much, next time friends are in town we will definitely be rebooking
