We had a great experience staying at this house. There is an open living room / kitchen area that's perfect for hanging out. Joanna was a great host. There was historic flooding in the Phoenix area during our stay and Joanna reached out to make sure everything was okay and provided dinner when the power went out. I highly recommend this house and host.

Mark allowed me to mail my goodies ahead of our visit. Location was wonderful! Our tour picked us up right at the house. We were only 4 minutes from the grocery & Old Town!

This was actually better than the photos, we loved the pool and the main area was a great size for our big group. We didn’t realize that two of the three bathrooms were inside other bedrooms, but we made it work. We would return - perfect location.

The Airbnb was close to the airport and old town Scottsdale. Joanna was really helpful and responsive!

Very nice house

Joanna's place was comfortable, spacious, and clean! The hot tub and heated pool were a huge plus. We had 6 guys staying at the house so it was more than enough space for us and served as a great base for our visit which included golfing and going out to dinner in Old Town. Location was easy and very quiet. Joanna and her husband were very responsive and overall great hosts! Definitely recommended :)

Overall, our stay was good. Hot tub was great. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had an excellent variety of utensils. Washer and dryer came in very handy. For the amount of money paid and the length of our stay, I was surprised to find out we had to pay for each game of darts. I didn't like that. Also, it was important for us to have a functional grill. Unfortunately, the grill max'ed out at 200⁰ we couldn't use it. On Friday night, the young next door neighbors threw a rager and partied down at the tops of their lungs until 4:00am Saturday morning. All in all, we had a good stay. Joanna was very accommodating to our needs regarding checkout. Neighbors are outside of her control.

Loved the place! Had trouble with the umbrella, they had someone come out and help right away. Clean, spacious, loved having two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, lots of beds to choose from, exactly what we needed as we were staying there with my parents. Loved hearing the birds, saw ones we don’t see up in the PNW, and even saw some geckos! Would stay here again if ever in Scottsdale.

My experience checking in was very accommodating as my group and I booked the home day off due to several inconveniences at our prior airb&b, which led to us booking Joanna’s beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. The Pool and backyard was spacious, AC worked great. If I ever visit Arizona again, most definitely will be rebooking.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The home is huge, a lot of room. Our kids loved having their own room to wind down in and watch TV. I loved how big the backyard was .We had fun going swimming and enjoyed playing the cornhole game.

We had a nice relaxing stay and spent a lot of our time enjoying the backyard and pool area. The place easily accommodated our group of 8 and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves when we didn't want to go to a restaurant. Mark (the owner) was quick to respond to questions and small issues we had (TV, Fridge water/ice dispenser, pool cleaner). Only real downside I can think of was not being able to get an earlier check-in or later checkout - 4pm and 10am are pretty late and early - so we had to kill time coming and going that we would have preferred to spend relaxing at the house. But overall, I recommend it!

Great place. Easy access to everything in Scottsdale — Scottsdale Stadium, restaurants, grocery stores, Old Town, shopping, etc. Pool was heated (rare to find that included as part of the fees) and backyard was comfortable to hangout in.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great and the house and amenities were good. Unfortunately there were a few broken items, inoperable dishwasher, cupboard and shelf in the kitchen and a toilet that ran 24/7 which made it less than perfect and for the price we expected for those things to be taken care of. We understand that it was the holidays but were told someone would come and take a look at everything but that didn’t happen. At the end of our stay we were informed that Joanna had a medical emergency and that is why the items weren’t attended to. We feel badly for Joanna but for the rate we paid we would have at least expected a working dishwasher the toilet not to be constantly running. If everything had been in running order we would have given this place a 5 star rating.

We had a great sibling’s reunion at Joanna’s beautiful Airbnb. The heated pool and tub made a wonderful and relaxing place. While the superbly clean 5 room home gave relaxing and peaceful vibes. Can’t complain about the spacious kitchen and dining room setup either.

Joanna’s place was great! Very big, spacious, plenty of room for my guests and nearby all Scottsdale restaurants/activities. It made for quick and cheap rides! Beautiful kitchen and fancy bathrooms were a plus. Only downside maybe is, I would’ve loved the option to check-in early, even if a fee was associated with it.
