We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described, was beautifully decorated, and spotless. One of the 2 coffee makers in the kitchen wasn’t working so we messaged Mark just to let him know, and there was a new one at our door within the hour. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of shops and dining right near by. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I were blessed enough to enjoy Mark‘s property for seven nights. This home is an a prime location, walking distance to 15 or more restaurants, and the other homes in the same neighborhood were also very well kept and the neighborhood was so pleasant to walk around with my family. Not only was Mark an incredible host and communicator, but his home was impeccable. The decor and furniture was An inspiration of how I would decorate my own home. They really did such a good job with all of the furnishings and everything is up-to-date, which I really appreciated. You can tell the way that they take care of the maintenance on their home to make it feel brand new for every single guest. The backyard is a literal resort style vacation with a huge pool, mini golf area, basketball court, pool table, Jacuzzi, it really has it all, and made us feel so at home. The kitchen was completely stocked with truly every kind of utensil And cookware needed to prepare any meal at the home. There are five bedrooms in this home with so much space. Each room is decorated so so cute. Not a single detail was missed. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which I think is something that is often overlooked when reading these reviews. They actually care about the quality of sleep that their renters get which is oh so kind! :)Thank you again Mark for sharing your beautiful home with us! I can only hope that we are able to come back again soon.

Marks place was in a great location! Quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants surrounding the area. Quick drive to shopping and old town Scottsdale and more. Great home that fit our family of 8 comfortably! Kids had tons of fun w the pool hot tub golf and basketball!! The court does get very slippery if wet so just be careful with that but all in all great stay and would def book again!

We had a great stay at this home! We came with our family of 8, ages ranging from 14 months to 66 years and it was perfect for all of us. The house is exactly as described and as shown in the photos which is always a big comfort. The house is spacious, clean and great to house all of us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space is lovely with activities to entertain everyone. As a group of Canadians coming in December paying extra for the pool to be heated was definitely worth it. Tne location was great too as we were close to all amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. And Mark was super easy and quick to communicate with when we had any questions. Would highly recommend this home to any families looking for a place to stay while enjoying Scottsdale 🙂

Good location and easy to get around to all parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Comfortable place and more than enough space to accommodate the 8 adults in our group.

We enjoyed our five day stay at Mark‘s home. All of the listed amenities were available, and the listing pictures were accurate. He provided check in and check out instructions and everything went smoothly. Mark also graciously allowed us a later departure time. The home was very clean and had modern decor. It is located within walking distance of a shopping plaza that has restaurants and retail stores. We enjoyed the warm swimming pool and cooking meals on the grill. I would definitely recommend this rental to others and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very nice property with excellent outdoor space. Host was very responsive. One of the bedrooms is the garage space which has been converted to a bedroom so the AC was separate and a little noisy for sleeping. The master suite was very nice and the hall bathroom was also very nice. Location was close to Walmart and other dining options. Overall good stay.

A group of forty something’s got together to chat, reminisce and connect in Scottsdale. This location was safe, centrally located and convenient. Our host stocked the property well and was highly responsive. We would absolutely book again next time we are in Scottsdale.

This is an outstanding vacation rental. The location is right in middle of everything you'll need from groceries to good restaurants, Costco is not very far away either. The part that set this vacation rental apart from others were the two king beds, and dual queen beds. The mattresses were SO comfortable. This place is spacious too so no one felt crowded. Huge shower in the primary bedroom is a plus! Mark, the host, is extremely responsive also, which helps if you need assistance with anything. This place felt like home while we were there. There is a good mix of traditional furnishings with modern that makes it feel like we picked some of it out. The rental property is located midway between Sky Harbor airport and old downtown Scottsdale, which is very convenient. Far enough from the airport that you don't hear flights taking off/landing all the time. I'd highly recommend this property - it will not disappoint! Mark, the host, is an added bonus.

We came in from Colorado for both work and some R&R , and let me tell you this home exceeded my expectations! great location, extremely clean and the back yard was top notch. Mark was very attentive from the time we booked to the time we left. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house was great for our family of 8! Plenty of room for everyone from sleeping to dining to backyard fun! All areas of the property were very clean and tidy other than a few items that were easily remedied. A large portion of the silverware and dishes were rather dirty upon arrival but that falls on the previous guest. Dishwasher tabs were provided and we washed all of the dishes and silverware ourselves and was no big deal to us. When we arrived the front door code was incorrect but Mark answered the phone and got us taken care of immediately! In an imperfect world you can't ask for much better service from a host. Mark was great from booking all the way through check-out. The backyard is spacious and the heated pool and hot tub were relaxing! The neighborhood was quiet while we were there as it sits on a street bend and you don't have traffic zooming by. The house is within walking distance of many different restaurants and stores. Would stay here again any time!

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Property was super cleaned. Loved the KITCHEN, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was huge and very clean. Lots of activities for our boys. I loved the fact that Mark provided more than the expected such as coffee, sugar, salt, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.. I 100% recommend this place and will most definitely stay there again. The location was great!!! One thing I would change, I would definitely pay for heating the pool.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this Scottsdale property! Two families, lots of kids, and everyone loved the pool and jacuzzi. Evenings by the firepit were a highlight for the adults. The location was perfect with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The well-equipped kitchen made Thanksgiving prep a breeze, and the entire place was nice, modern and updated with attractive finishes, shows pride of ownership. The beds were comfy with many extra pillows to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience for both families! I would highly recommend as a place to stay!

The house is huge and gorgeous. The kitchen was my favorite, with a huge fridge, huge counter, huge sink, cool microwave, etc. The jacuzzi is big and very nice. The rooms are big and nice as well; the master room is huge and I love the bathroom, absolutely gorgeous with a nice tub (fills up a bit slow so make sure to start filling it early). The house also smelled pretty good and was clean. It also has a nice laundry room with a sink which is pretty cool. It was so hot in AZ but the house kept us cool with AC and ceiling fans everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is absolutely one of the best Abnb's in Phoenix. Lots of open spaces, with a perfect amount of privacy. We stayed for a week, for work, and it was amazing. The neighborhood is pristine, and EVERYTHING is within walking distance. The backyard is awesome. The pool, hot tub, pool table, patio, basketball court, and BBQ were all tested extensively, and exceeded all our expectations. We travel a lot, and I highly recommend this place. My crew absolutely loved everything about the house and location, while the home office was very happy with the price.

This house was fantastic! We do an annual golf trip and this place was perfect for us and one of the best places we have stayed yet! Mark mentioned that it was recently renovated and the place was beautiful. Tons of things to do in the house and backyard and plenty of beds. The home exceeded our expectations in all respects . The location couldn’t be better , it’s walking distance or a very short drive to shopping and restaurants . The backyard is like a resort with a large pool and spa and very private . The interior is where the home really shines . Since the home was remodeled everything is new with a wonderful floor plan and stylish furnishings . I especially found the beds and linens to be extremely comfortable and the shower was a dream . The home was very well stocked and the owner thought of everything. I honestly couldn’t think of what I would do differently. Checkin and checkout was easy and instructions for the home was provided . We never needed to contact the owner . We were free to enjoy our much needed getaway . This was just what our family needed. The house was great, amenities were great as well. A big plus was the location. We were in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to nice restaurants and the grocery store. Everything was in order and nice for us when we arrived. A very small issue arose before we got there and mark called US, and informed US about it. That says a lot about his honesty and the confidence that any prospective renters could have in him and his home.

Wow! What a beautiful home! The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining young and older kids, alike. The pool and hot tub were heated so we could enjoy them even in the cool mornings and afternoons! The pool table, basketball court, and air hockey kept the kids busy when the adults wanted to relax in between planned events. The place was clean and fully functional. It is GREAT for cooking a meal altogether or watching a movie together on the couch. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms which made choosing rooms much easier for our large group. There are two master bedrooms that have their own bathrooms for added privacy in case you are traveling with people not in your family. The neighborhood was quiet and situated near tons of shopping and food options. It is just a short drive to Piestewa hiking trails and Hole-in-the-rock, both of which we loved. The beds were relatively comfortable and there was even extra blankets in the closet! We felt right at home and hated saying goodbye to this incredible stay. Who knows, maybe we’ll be back!

Marks house was clean and well stocked. During my stay, Mark had a new jacuzzi top on order that had not arrived yet. Because of the missing top, Mark was gracious enough to heat the pool for us with no extra cost. The location of the house is perfect for dinning and shopping. We had a GREAT time! Anytime we had a question Mark was super responsive and quick! We did have some random things happen like a kitchen chair broke, and the first night the house had an odd odor that we couldn’t figure out but Mark was on top of it and got it squared away. The pool was amazing!!! The air hockey and pool table made my kiddos week! The location is beyond perfect as well! Very quiet neighborhood also! The house is great if you have littles as it’s all one level !

Many fun things for my family and I to do within the home like playing in the pool, using the basketball courts, or the pool table. Perfect size for a nice game night and being able to congregate, but still not be on top of each other. The beds were SOOO comfortable. The communication with Mark is very easy and seamless. I'd totally rent this home again if I were to return to Scottsdale/Phoenix!

We enjoyed the house for a long weekend over Labor Day. Mark was quick to respond to my communications and he also made an effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Ample towels were provided as well as toiletries which is always a nice addition 😊 The pool and outdoor area were awesome and we enjoyed the basketball area, and pool table a lot! Quick to Uber/Lyft anywhere and it’s pretty affordable to get around from this area. I would definitely recommend this house!

As advertised. Everything was clean and in working condition. Perfect house for a vacation. One of the nicer pools I have been in as well. Giant umbrella provided the perfect shade for the pool once you need a break from that Arizona sun.

This house was everything our family hoped for! The two master suites mae it easy on the two couples in our family, and the bedrooms were all super comfortable! Checking, wifi, TV, parking, and checkout were all Very easy. The pool was perfect during the scorching hot days, the fans a blessing for al fresco dining, and the pool table a wonderful feature keeping people in a shared space while cooking was taking place. With such a well appointed, expansive, comfortable home literally the only thing we could think to complain about was we couldn't watch the olympics on one of the Giant TVs while swimming in the pool - until we realized they can angle and we could see it through the door :) We arrived with our own toiletries, but there were small hotel style toiletries available as well. Book this home. You won't be disappointed.

Mark’s place has everything you need for a fun weekend getaway. It’s location to local amenities is top notch and the amount of recreational activities available at the house are more than enough to keep the pickiest group entertained!

Great accommodations and perfect location

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. Despite a few days of cold weather, the house was perfect for our family and grandparents. The outdoor space truly is amazing! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and grill. Mark is a great host and responded quickly to our questions. We would highly recommend his house to anyone visiting the Phoenix area and looking for a relaxing place to spend several days with family or friends!

Marks house was a perfect spot for our group. The bedrooms are set up nice, the pool is big and the hot tub and basketball court were fun as well. The house was very clean and there are plenty of towels and anything you need. Communication was great and everything went very well on this trip.

The home had everything to keep you entertained & for food it was a short walk away. The heated pool in January was awesome! A perfect getaway from a cold winter.

The house is as expected. We got the pool heated and hot tub and was surprised they were warm enough even in December! House is really close to restaurants and shops, nice not having to drive anywhere.

Mark made sure to provide numerous entertainment for the entire family. My sons had an amazing time playing basketball, playing at pool table & the ice hockey table. This is truly a home where the entire family can enjoy. Thanks Mark!

This was my first time renting an Airbnb home and boy has Mark set the bar high! The place is awesome! Exactly as pictured. The location couldn’t be better. We had a wonderful time. House was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool/spa. Having a basketball hoop, air hockey, and pool table were wonderful added bonuses that my kids loved. Great location too...near lots of places to eat. Will definitely stay again if we're in Scottsdale.

My family really enjoyed the home. Spacious, 5 bedrooms! The backyard was where we spent most of our time! The pool is nice and the Hot tub was fun! My boys loved the basketball court. We had a great time Mark was in contact with us via Airbnb messenger. Nice quick responding host. Although I really did not need to message him for anything. We will definitely be back next year. Oh yes almost forgot to mention so many TVs all rooms have a TV. The house probably has about 7 Tvs! Thank you Mark!

This house is in an excellent location with a lot to do to keep all ages busy.

Our family decided to drive to Arizona for a quarantine vacation for a change of scenery and warmer weather. It was close to two grocery stores that did online ordering for groceries. We spent most of our days outside swimming , playing basketball, or eating at the spacious outddor table with food we grilled up on the outdoor grill. There was plenty of space for all of our kids to have their own room. Check in was easy. The house was clean. Close to lots of shopping and resteraunts which we used for carry out a few times. My only recommendations to the owners would be to offer guests who are staying longer than a night or two the use of the pantry which was locked. The cabinets were full so we'r had to utilize the counters or the top of the fridge for bread, fruit, snacks, etc. and a few mornings we woke to ants crawling on the box of donuts. Otherwise our stay was excellent!

This house is in the perfect location with amazing amenities! We are from Colorado and wanted our girls to get some pool time in and we wanted go to restaurants and this place delivered that! The house is literally walking distance to several places for dine-in and is right by a Target and Walmart to get your other needs. The pool is wonderful (I recommend paying to have it heated) and the spa was wonderful too! Our girls enjoyed air-hockey and basketball that are conveniently located outside. The outdoor dining table provides tons of room and shade. I would definitely recommend this house to families or a fun adult weekend getaway!

Just got home from our weekend on Scottsdale, Az at Selena’s place. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb but the other half of our group had. I was expecting lower end items in the kitchen etc and we were all pleasantly surprised t the excellent variety and good products to use in the kitchen. The amenities in this house make it all worth it!! The pool is gorgeous and fun, the spa was just the right size, there was plenty of seating outside. The pool table and air hockey table entertained our kids and adults as well!! There is ole ty of sleeping spaces for everyone and Dual masters!! The closet in the main master is about the size of a small room!!! Check-in/check-out was super easy and quick! Selene and Mark were quick to answer the couple questions we had and super nice! Even though we had some dumb questions!! Ha ha! (We managed to not realize what the remote on the second master looked like! Ha ha! ) I would absolutely stay at any of Selene’s properties again especially this one!

We loved everything! We felt at home! The kitchen supplies were a great quality. We enjoyed all the activities available with full days of breakfast and lunch outside, pool time, billiards, air hockey, basketball, and family games at the dining room table. Wonderful neighborhood too! We didn’t want to leave! Hope to visit again someday!

This house was wonderful for kids. There is an amazing pool, basketball court, pool table and much more to keep them entertained. We relaxed here for a week and had a great time.

Outdoor living at it’s finest! We came to Phoenix to shelter-in-place in a warm climate and escape the cold and snow of Colorado. We spent most of our waking hours outside, playing basketball and air hockey, and enjoying the large heated pool and 10-person hot tub. While the kitchen was a bit small for multiple chefs, we cooked on the grill most nights and ate all meals outside on the covered patio. Inside, there was plenty of space to spread out, the rooms were all very comfortable and TVs in every room was a bonus. It was the perfect week of fun-in-the-sun. Highly recommended.

This place was better than expected. Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. Location is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The communication with the host was superb. The Checkin and checkout process was easy and quick. The jacuzzi was spectacular! The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. I look forward to coming back to this place when I visit again.

Great Fun place for our golf trip. Walk to Breakfast and Dinner was very handy and great stores and shopping all around.

Me and my family loved the house there was so much space for us. The host responded quickly the pool was sparkling blue the house was spotless and comfortable beds. I would give it 10 out of 10 stars I would definitely recommend it would go back for more stays to come.

Had an amazing experience at Selene’s house. Everything was as advertised. Communication was spot on, with any question we had. The pool and pool table were everyone in my parties favorite. Perfect location. With endless amounts of restaurants, stores, even a mall. You will not be disappointed with this lovely house and location.

The house and hosts were wonderful. This place is serves as a great base camp for exploring Scottsdale if you're in a large group. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I brought our family of six out for my husband and I’s ten year wedding anniversary and our first vacation in years. While the price may scare off some people, it is ABSOLUTELY the correct price for everything included. The hot tub, pool, and pool table alone were worth the price. Add in the nine beds and very nice kitchen and the home is a dream vacation destination! The beds were cozy. The shower in the master was nice, but didn’t get as hot as the other showers. I didn’t mind that at all because it was over 100° outside! Communication with Selena, Bill, and Mark was easy. They sent their pool guy over during our stay to ensure the pool stayed sparkling clean. There was a decent wind storm while we were there that dumped a lot of leaves in the pool. Rather than call them for it to be cleaned, I did it myself. It is a home and we are sharing it...might as well do our part. The location of the home was perfect. It was a suburb, but still very quiet. We were within one mile of great restaurants, malls, and a theater. If you’re looking for a very relaxing vacation home, I strongly recommend this one! We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location was very central in between Phoenix and Scottsdale. The house is on a quite cul-de-sac but very close to all of the amenities (shops/restaurant/etc). The house is close to many commercial businesses - but not any mom and pop shops. The lay out was great as it is a bungalow with a main bedroom area on one side: one master (king bed) with en suite and 3 additional bedrooms (1 single + 1 double bed) with a shared full bathroom. There is also an additional bedroom (king bed) with and en suite on the opposite side of the house. The master bedroom has a walk out to the yard and there are also french doors off the kitchen leading outside. It was easy to keep and eye out on the kids in the pool. There were also plenty of towels for both the inside and outside. The kitchen was well equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, a regular coffee maker, and a french press. There was a kettle to boil water and lots of utensils, cups, bowls and plates. We also had access to many pots and pans. The appliances are relatively new and worked well. The outside was fantastic and we spent most of our time there. The pool has a shallow and deep end. The vacuum did have to stay in the water at all times which was some times annoying. There were no pool toys. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Selene and Bill were very quick to respond to all of our needs. Side note: Additional costs for cleaning after booking. We had limits in washing machine pods (5 pods for a 8-9 day stay - 5ppl incl. 2 kids) which wasn't enough so we had to buy extra. Not thrilled but ok. I believe there was also a limit in dishwasher tablets. The house is not as new as it appears. The bedrooms in the main area all have a type of shaggy carpeting. The master shower was dingy and some parts needed repairs (hand held shower head) and the vanity drawers were hard to open and close - not a big deal. If you prefer something brand new and squeaky clean, this is not the house. Overall, it felt lived in and needing some minor repairs here and there - curtain rods, bed wheels, caulking, ... But we felt very comfortable being there with kids and the house did have everything we needed.

I recommend bringing or getting some pool floaties to really enjoy the beautiful pool. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I had a big group.

This house is everything you could ask for for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. Perfect location surrounded by plenty to do and lots of food choices. The house is extra nice and super clean. Host is very effective and quick with communication as well.

This home is wonderful. We stayed here for 5 nights with 11 people, including several children and babies. There were very comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets (which we needed because of a cold snap in Scottsdale!). Each bedroom has a nice television. There is ample space in the master bedrooms to setup a playpen for a baby. The bathrooms have lots of bath towels for everyone. They even provided some hospitality toiletries in each bathroom and extra toilet paper. The bathrooms are nice quality and the master bath has a nice shower head. The living spaces are generous and comfortable with comfortable seating in the living room and fun games in the game area. There are very nice sized televisions in the living areas. The kitchen has literally everything and more than you need to prepare meals, coffee, drinks, etc. it is truly a fully stocked kitchen. And there’s a large dining table for meals or two large patio sets outside for meals. Outdoors, the backyard space was perfect. The pool is nice (and deep on one end). There’s a giant hot tub where the family spent a lot of time. The hosts even provided several beach towels for our use. There’s also a basketball court area and a grass area for children to play. Also, the on-site washing machine and dryer are very nice and handy for extended stays! Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Great place. The pool was a real hit for everyone. Great location to explore Phoenix and northern Arizona. Close to all the shopping needs, great restaurants (really recommend the Taco Guild) and hikes. Kitchen was very well equipped, was great having the spices there. Great hosts!
