We had our annual guys golf trip to Scottsdale this year and had a blast at Mark's beautiful home. Tucked away in the mountains with awesome views. Great pool, hot tub, chipping area, indoor basketball court. What else could you ask for! Everything was great and we are already talking about going back again next year! If you have a group outing, you can't go wrong. Thank you Mark for a great experience!

This house is a must-rent. The views of the Arizona terrain are unreal; wide, rugged, and absolutely beautiful from every angle. The putting/chipping green and private basketball court make the property feel like a full-on resort, and the pool + hot tub are perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Inside, the home has an amazing ambiance: clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Everything is set up to make your stay easy and enjoyable. If you want a place with stunning scenery, top-tier amenities, and a luxury feel, this is the spot. We’d book again without hesitation.

I've never stayed at a more fully-stocked AirBNB before - normally we have to purchase additional home supplies (seasonings, toiletries, etc..) - the house came stocked a-plenty with it all. Also, couldn't have asked for a more scenic property - beauty in every direction.

We had 11 people stayed at Mark's place and we had enough space. Kitchen was clean and equipped. The pool was big and has a big yard to play, and indoor basketball court. It was too hot to play indoor basketball court but it was still so cool that this house has that option. Mark was very quick to respond to us and very friendly

We had an incredible stay at Marks house for a few days with a large group (16). The house is even more beautiful in person that the pictures can do it justice. The pool and hot tub were in perfect working order and very clean, and the house was well stocked with utensils and essential items (basic spices, oil, coffee filters, etc). The chipping green also had plenty of golf balls and the basketball court had 6 balls. All of these factors made the stay stress free and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Mark was an exceptional host and his property was above par to say the least. Situated privately against the backdrop of Pinnacle Peak near Troon North, not too far from the Four Seasons, this place offered everything and more (pool, jacuzzi, golf/chip & putt, indoor basketball, pool table, etc). And the views day and night were the best!

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. It’s incredibly private, spacious, warm, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, fire pit, and pool table. I never thought we would have spent as much time playing basketball in the indoor court, but we did, and had a blast. I contacted Mark about two minor issues. He was on top of it immediately and followed up to make sure that everything was going well. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful location. The house is a little tired, but worked perfectly for my family. Sharp edge on casita threshold - when 2 year old fell on it required 4 stitches in the little guys hand.

We had family in town for Dad’s 75th Birthday. All his kids and grandkids were able to stay under the same roof for the weekend. We didn’t even leave the whole time we were there, as the home has everything you need. It was peaceful and relaxing with incredible; all around views. Highly recommend Mark’s home. It was even more beautiful than the photos and so clean. It had everything we needed and then some. For being such a pristine home it was also very comfortable, we felt right at home. The house was everything that we saw in pictures and much more. Starting off...the views were amazing. Even after staying there for a week, we were still in awe. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and we made most meals at the house. We had 6 kids under the age 8 and they all had a blast with the basketball hoop and pool. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable for everyone as well. The hosts answered all of our questions and responded immediately on the couple of occassions that we reached out to them with minor questions. We look forward to staying here again for our next trip to Arizona.

Everything was great except for a few small issues. 1. The AC cannot be set under 72 and it did not feel like it was fully blowing into the two bedrooms at end of hallway near garage. Those rooms felt like 76+ and needed multiple box fans (which are provided throughout bedrooms in the house) to be slept in. The rest of the house felt fine. 2. There was a slight smell (like a clogged p-trap?) that would be present for an hour or so after we returned from golfing but it would eventually fade away. We could not figure out where it was coming from or what caused it, though it seemed to be worse near the laundry room or bedroom across from it. Beyond those things, the place was fantastic. The pool gets very deep very quickly so bring flotation devices!

Definitely would recommend the listing for a nice getaway in the mountains! Owner was very prompt when communicating. I would definitely stay there again!

Owner was also responsive to questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay. Quiet and safe area to enjoy early morning walks.

Our stay at Mark's Airbnb was fantastic! The house itself was lovely—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mark was incredibly responsive; when our coffee machine unexpectedly broke, they promptly replaced it, ensuring we could still get through our days.

Exactly as described, private paradise nestled in the north Scottsdale mountains. Easy to Uber to very private perfect accommodation for a large group. Mark was a great host and easy to communicate with. We spent our days floating in the pool, hot tub at night.

Overall great property and location the grounds themselves are awesome nice big pool 10ft deep! The only issue is that its an older house and needs a few repairs possibly the master bathroom ended up leaking the first time we used it and maybe a stronger water heater to accommodate all the bathrooms being used. Other than that great place hosts were nice as well

6 of us stayed there through the Waste Management week and the place is stunning. Lots of rooms, beds and activities for any sized group. Property management company was also extremely easy to deal with.

We rented this lovely home for our family of twelve Thanksgiving week. It was also our 54th anniversary. Everyone enjoyed the week very much. If I had a question, Mark or Joanna always got back to me on a timely manner. My daughter hired Chef Nick for five of the meals for that week. His meals were absolutely amazing; he blended creativity, flavors and artistic presentation perfectly. Hopefully we will return to Scottsdale. Stayed here with a bunch of buddies from college. The place is gorgeous and the views were the same. It was so nice we really didn’t leave the place to explore the city. Basketball court was a plus and hot tub was nice. The interior was clean, luxurious and just as described with no issues at will. Would stay here again if I had the chance. Mark was great and responsive to the questions I had.

My group of 15 had a great time at this beautiful home. It felt private but is close to anything you need (we opted for grocery and food delivery but it's easy to get to whatever you're looking for). The area is very quiet and relaxing to be in. The house has plenty of room for group connection and activity but is also laid out in a way that it's easy to have your own space. We loved the pool and the outdoor area as well. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful venue and wonderful scenery

Location was ideal. Close to hiking, biking, restaurants etc. the house was also perfect. Spacious, great appliances, and clean. Couldn’t have been better.

We had our annual golf trip to Scottsdale this year and stayed here. The house was well kept and had all the accommodations. The pool is simple but nice and has a 10ft deep end! The AC works well but I believe their is a setting restriction that does not allow you to set the AC lower than 72 degrees. The home has an overall great and easily navigated layout. The community is serene. The downstairs needs a remodel but the rest of the house is very modern. Everything worked well except the steam shower. Overall a very comfortable and tranquil home.

I usually don’t write reviews but for this airbnb I have to. By far one of the BEST airbnbs I have stayed in. The house was absolutely beautiful. Literally looked exactly like the photos but even better in person. It was so clean! There was so much space. Mark was so responsive whenever I had questions. All my guest enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend this place. Nothing but positive vibes!

House was awesome. Very large and nicely kept. Lots of areas for different groups to hang out. Pool was nice and big. Bring ur own floats because it is deep. Basketball court was fun. Neighborhood was super quiet and not too far from things. Our group loved it. Kitchen and pantry had plenty for us. Outdoor Grill was difficult to control temperature but not a complaint. Lots of windows so expect house to be a little warm if it’s 108 outside. Cooled down enough in evenings. Use window coverings if sun on that side of house.

The house was like that in the description. The area was quiet and peaceful. The host was not as quick with responding in the beginning of booking but did respond quickly during our stay. The house was overall clean. Some ants in bathroom shower of pool house, but otherwise everything was clean and up to par.

Really nice accommodations. The location was very convenient for our annual golf outing. Close to restaurants. Every course and restaurant was within 20-30 minutes max. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and has conveniences like a BBQ, light workout room, pool table. Two dishwashers, two washer and dryers..plenty of towels….designed to host a host a group or two families. Host was excellent and responsive to questions.

Fantastic place in the mountains, views were spectacular. Off the beaten path and very quiet/peaceful, but only about 7 minute drive to the closest grocery store. Pool was great. Mark was very responsive. Only issue we had was a malfunction of the pool cover and someone was onsite within 30 minutes to resolve the problem. 10/10 experience.

There was plenty of room inside for a large group to comfortably sleep and hang out. The backyard is massive and had plenty of room for us to play games on the grass, hang out in the pool or jacuzzi, or play basketball. And the views are amazing. Mark was also an awesome host and took the time to give me a call before check in to explain everything. We will definitely be back again in the future!

This house is the real deal. The location is a bit far from the city life, but that's exactly what makes it so special. We had our privacy and plenty of space. The views are spectacular and made me realize how beautiful the desert can be. The house comfortably fit 16 people and had all the amenities -- including a hot tub and quite large pool. Pretty well decorated too. Cell reception was tough, but WiFi worked fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and we had a terrific stay! Mark was communicative and made check in/out super easy. Very impressed by overall cleanliness (linens, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and lots of unexpected amenities (2 laundry machines, ice machine). Property and yard really is as big as it looks in pics! We only had a family of 4 so it was way more space than we needed (which was fun!) but for anyone coming with a large group there is definitely room to accommodate and everyone would have plenty of space. Quiet, serene location with the most amazing views. Would definitely recommend!

There's a lot to like about this house. The location off of east Pinnacle Peak is excellent, close to a lot of restaurants while providing excellent views of the hills of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and being a short drive to the better hiking trails in Scottsdale. It's in a nice neighborhood of beautiful houses and landscapes. A 3-car, clean garage w/ EGDO remote is provided that is large enough to accommodate my Yukon XL. There is a large, natural grass back yard that the dogs loved to run in. The house is spacious, and the separate casita was a good workplace for one of our guests. The host provided ample K-cups and a Keurig to get us started. The appliances are new and there are two dishwashers as well as two washer/dryer combos, the larger of the two was particularly well liked. It was a good stay, regretted having to leave.

This house is amazing. It had the most spectacular views from every angle. The kitchen is amazing. It had everything you would need to cook a full meal. There are so many areas to escape for some quiet time or to hang out together. The pool, hot tub, basketball court, and pool table were special touches that made our stay great. We loved watching the sun rise every morning coming over the mountains. It was so beautiful. The weather was a bit chilly, but the fire pit kept us warm. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Mark’s, our group had plenty of space to enjoy different parts of the house each day. Beautiful neighborhood with absolutely stunning Mountain View’s from every part of the house. Quiet and serene area.

Spacious and beautiful views.

Great home in a wonderful location. We had a large group with plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The home was as described and the photos are very accurate. Mark was a pleasure to work with and I will rent from Mark again. Enjoy!

I would highly recommend Mark’s home! It’s an absolute stunner and very functional for large groups. The views from atop the mountain are gorgeous, especially from the west-facing balcony. It’s on a quiet street with no street lights so you’ll have an awesome display of stars in the nights. The kitchen and other common areas are very large. But to me, it’s the 10ft pool that sealed the deal! Mark was an excellent communicator as well.

What a stunning property! Amazing host with phenomenal communication! We had 15 guests fly in from multiple states for my 40th bday and everyone was blown away with this beautiful home! Such a great host I look forward to booking with them again in the future ❤️

Mark was a great host and his home was the perfect vacation. Our family had put off any traveling for two years and were fortunate enough to stay in Mark's home in Scottsdale. He made the check-in/out process so easy and was very responsive to any questions that we had. He greeted us with a phone call the day we arrived which put us at ease and made us feel very welcome. His home was so spacious and clean for our family of seven. We loved everything from playing pool, cookouts, the indoor basketball court, close proximity to some great hiking and the city of Phoenix, watching the shooting stars on the patio and of course swimming in the pool! We were looking for a quiet vacation with breathtaking scenery and his home was more than we could have hoped for. We definitely came home with some great memories of his home and Arizona. Beautiful home for relaxing and enjoying time with the family. We loved hanging out in the pool and the kids loved the indoor basketball court. The house has beautiful views and plenty of yard space for kids to run. The view of the night sky is beautiful as well as there are not many street lights to interfere. There are also plenty of stores around for shopping. Mark was a great host and was easy to get a hold of when I had a question. We will be back

The house was absolutely stunning and everything we wanted. Plenty of room for our group of 10. The pool was huge and so nice. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and very spacious. Basketball court was also fun along with everything else the house had to offer. Mark was amazing. Great response time and made sure he assisted with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here, as this as been the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in.

This was one of the most spacious and gorgeous homes we have stayed in. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Everything about the home was perfect. Check-in was easy, no issues with the home, sheets and beds were very clean, and Mark was very attentive to our needs! We had our family and friends of 15 who all were able to sleep comfortably. The pool and open grass area were a hotspot hangout with spectacular views that we didn’t even leave the Airbnb. The guys loved the basketball court just enough for 2v2 tourneys every day. Mark was such an easy host to work with. Would highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve already had multiple friends and family reach out to me about it. We will be back here!!!

This home was nothing short of amazing! I came with 14 friends as a reunion and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The house was in a terrific location and the mountain views were impeccable (especially during sunset). The location had a great balance between privacy and convenience. This house had everything available to us and Joanna and Mark were available for whatever we needed. I am definitely coming back to this home again!

Mark, the host was fantastic and very responsive, an excellent host. The home was amazing, the amenities were great, the spa, the heated pool, the basketball court were awesome. The house was clean, stocked with everything you need and the views were amazing! An all around great pick!

This was an absolutely first-class experience at a first-class property, and just what we needed for a family getaway during our spring break. The house is tucked away in a quiet sub-division, but convenient to all of the amenities you need in terms of dining, shopping, hiking, etc. The views from the property are stunning and you could spend an entire week there without leaving the house between the pool, basketball court, pool table, cornhole, sonos, etc. Would definitely stay again and invite friends/family to join us next time -- house has plenty of space. My favorite Airbnb stay so far!

WOW. Location Location Location! This place was spectacular. The house was very clean and clearly newly remodeled. The pool and hot tub were a treat as well as the outdoor/pass through BBQ. House was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so quiet. Very private. The house is so close to all of Scottsdale yet so peaceful and removed in one of the most picturesque canyons I've ever seen. I can't wait to go back and stay longer! Thank you Mark for such great communication and making our stay so enjoyable.

This is the second time we stayed at one of Mark’s properties. This home is huge, and has a fabulous yard. Completely private, quiet, and the warm pool was perfect for the kids. Loved the indoor basketball court, the open floor plan, loved the theater, and kids played the giant Jenga outside a zillion times. More than enough space for our party of 12 people. We will be back!
