Property was fantastic. well stocked and exactly as described. My only criticism would be that the master bed was extremely soft and rough on the back and probably due to be replaced. But I would not let that stop me from renting this property again. The entire group loved it! Highly recommend

The house was great! we had some issues that were quickly addressed. Remember it's not about perfection, but the effort put forth in achieving it. They nailed this. Mark was very helpful, and handy when repair directions were needed. We really enjoyed our stay. I've messaged the hosts privately about things I noticed needed addressing, and Mark was quick to accept and thank me for them. There isn't much more I can say, other than we look forward to returning soon.

We had an amazing stay at this absolutely gorgeous house! It was perfect for our group of 16 women. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and gathering so easy and fun. The pool was a fantastic bonus — we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Joanna and Mark were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything stress-free. The home was perfect for our family! The outdoor pool area was lovely. There was plenty of seating for lounging and tables to gather for meals and games in shaded and sunny locations. The 3’ pool section was perfect for the children to play and a separate deeper area for swimming. The jacuzzi warmed quickly. The kitchen was large and gave us all plenty of room to prepare meals. There was plenty of serving platers and sturdy plastic ware for outdoor use. A fresh sponge was supplied along with plenty of garbage bags and dish soap. Because the weather was perfect for entertaining outside, we didn’t use the 2 large dining tables, nor the movie theater, though were very nice. We couldn’t quite figure out how to properly use the 6th bedroom, but 5 of them with full bathrooms were amazing. The beds were comfortable with lovely comforters. We only needed to communicate with the owner once, and Mark responded immediately. A true oasis and would certainly enjoy another visit with the family.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. The houses was amazing inside and out no complaints . So much room and very spacious. So much privacy and very safe for a bunch of women. Everything was provided and on deck from kitchen utensils to laundry. Everything was perfect as can be, even the house manager was amazing and was very respectful and responsive to communication. I would say read the house manual in advance. And good luck on your stay at this amazing place, it's a total winner.

We had the best time and are so thankful for Joanna saving our weekend after a last minute issue with our previous reservation. Communication was superb, the house was just beautiful and fun! We were in the hot tub a majority of the time but also gathered around the fire pit in the mornings and nights. Played ping pong, brunch out on the table on the turf, and watched movies in the theatre. This house was a destination and a great time for long-term friends and family to gather for quality time together. Highly recommend!

This was unfortunately one of my worst guest experiences ever!!! From the photos my famimy and i were expecting a squeaky clean estate for our weekend stay. We were shocked to find not just the exterio but also the interior of the house covered in dust. There was also a smell of just dirty no air freshners nothing to help the environment. The worst part of everything is since our stay we have what appears to be bed bugs all over us this was truly a terrible stay. For the price i paid this was extremely terrible.

Stayed here for our yearly golf trip with friends and it was literally perfect. The house was huge with a ton of space for everyone to sleep and hang comfortably. The pool & outside area and movie theater were a hit with the group. Great location for top notch golf courses as well. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with great communication throughout our stay

This home is UNREAL! we had a large group and there was so much space, 3 different wings of the home that made it to be very spacious. The 2 pools were so wonderful, the top is perfect for kids (or lounging) as its nice and shallow. We were only there 3 days and wished we had stayed longer so we could make more use of the house and all it offers. I will def book this house again! We also had to move last minute from a previous house and Joanna and co were very helpful in getting us in fast. Thanks so much!!!

I have to say, this house was better than the photos – and that's saying something because those photos were already Air B&B -worthy! The beds were like sleeping on clouds, I could have stayed in them all day. And everything was so pristine and clean, I felt like I was in a fancy hotel!. From the comfortable living rooms to the luxurious bathrooms, I loved everything about this place. It's safe to say I'll be booking a return trip ASAP!

We had an incredible stay with a group of family and friends who played golf and went to the Waste Management Open. The house was in pristine shape, the amenities are amazing, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. We would love to stay again!

This Airbnb is worth every penny. When we flew into Phoenix we originally had a complete different air bnb and it was disgusting a Saftey hazard and we needed out. I found these great people and within an hour they had a house for us. I have never had such great host on air bnb. If you can stay here you should this place is amazing. Thanks again M and J -Tyler

This house is great for multi family or friend get together. 5 separate suites, each with their own bathroom. Luxury house, spacious and tall ceiling. Swimming pool and hot tub were great, billiard table and ping pong. Nice movie room. We had a great vacation.

Absolutely perfect stay! Home is stunning inside, but wow the outdoor area stole the show. Swimming pool had constant sun and shade due to its design, could easily relax in the pool and watch a game, and the lot offers tons of privacy. I could go on and on, no way you will be disappointed with this property, and we will definitely return!

This home is large, beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed during our visit to Scottsdale. The pool was the highlight of our stay as well as the beautiful kitchen! We even spend a couple of nights watching movies in the theatre. The host, Mark was available to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

This was by far the best property we’ve stayed at!! We will definitely be back! It was everything we needed and more….and the pool 😍 The kitchen had everything from roasters and crockpots to quality pots and pans and a Ninja blender. It was super convenient that every room was an en-suite and the theater room was a nice addition for our kids.

Amazing home about 20 minutes outside of Scottsdale. Outdoor space was perfect with ping pong, cornhole, spikeball, and pool set up at our arrival. Pool is a great size and 2 tiered which is great for a larger group and different pool personalities. Can't say enough how great the pool was. Home is separated from neighbors so there is plenty of privacy. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms spread over different wings so it was easy for some to be up early and not disturb the rest of the group. Had a question during our stay and the host was immediately responsive. Check in was easy, but most importantly check out was quick and easy with no crazy cleaning requests. 10/10 would recommend

Great place to stay. Host was very communicative. Had a lot of fun. The only feedback our group thought was worth sharing is on bed-count: from what we could tell, one queen was a pull-out couch, and one double bed is actually a day-bed that didn't lay flat.

The place was amazing, we were 2 couples on a getaway. The place was over killing on size for 4 people and we loved it. Like others have said the pictures don't do it justice. I have rented lots of houses over the years and this one stands out on top. The pool was amazing and relaxing. Our hosts were the best. We hope to be back soon.

The pictures are an understatement. This place is by far more stunning than the pictures show. Everything was clean and immaculate and as described if not better. We were a group of ten that felt so comfortable and just at home. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep meals. We truly felt like we were at a resort!

Great place for a mixed group!

Their house was incredible. Unreal scenery with multiple activities for everyone to enjoy. We did go out to a local restaurant one night but was just to get out of the house. Rest of our 6 day stay was pretty much spent at the house. So much fun!!!

The home is gorgeous! We had plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out when we wanted to, and great gathering spaces as well. There were so many fun outside activities, which we really appreciated! Usually, the photos in a listing are when a property was looking its best and not necessarily how it looks when you arrive, but this place is probably even nicer in person than it is in the photos! We would happily rent this space again.

We stayed at the house with another family and the kids had a great time! They accommodated our early check in and were available throughout the stay for questions. This home had some of the best quality mattresses, sheets and towels of any of the houses I’ve stayed in. We would definitely rebook

Everything in a very high quality and well maintained condition. Overall, everything was also very clean. A great location for multiple people - we will definitely be back when we are in Phoenix. This review focuses only on our experience with the hosts' level of empathy, as the day we were to depart 1500 flights were cancelled. We live over 2,200 miles away, and there was no plane, train (yes, we checked), or automobile that could get us there on time. We communicated our disappointment (and sincere diligence) to the hosts, asking for a refund, partial refund, or rebooking in 2023. AIRBNB even called them to encourage them to work with us, given this was the kind of system-wide transporation issue that received national news coverage. They declined. If you are the kind of guest who doesn't like empathy and likes policies to be followed in the face of extenuating facts, then these are the hosts for you. However, we prefer something different, and you might, too. The hosts did offer that we could "gift" our stay to someone, providing our replacement could connect with them during their stay in Spain: we communicated this wasn't plausible given anyone we know would have faced the same flight cancellations....it felt like the kind of thing you offer so you can say you "tried." Eg, the restaurant where you get food poisoning offers you a coupon for their all-you-can-eat event. To whomever followed us there as a guest - you must have enjoyed the cleanest stay on all of AIRBNB, b/c they didn't even refund the cleaning fee......so, it was cleaned twice for you!

The photos on the listing do not do this place justice - this house exceeded all expectations! The outdoor space was incredible. The pool was the perfect temperature and had plenty of shade throughout the day. There were tons of games as well, ping pong, pool, spike ball, inflatable beer pong, and bags to name a few. The house was perfection. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 12 inside and outside. Joanna was very responsive and a terrific host. Cannot say enough great things about this property! 10/10 would stay here again!

I took a few friends to this wonderful home to celebrate my sisters birthday. The house was spacious, clean, and met our expectations for our stay. The back yard had a lot of activities to keep us busy throughout the day which was a plus and the location itself was nestled away on 2+ acres which gave us the privacy we were looking for. When needed the hosts were easily accessible with any questions that we had. Overall a great stay!

This home was very well stocked. Had all of the amentites and items you would find in your home. Only complaint is the pool stays relatively cold and since its pretty windy and temps drop at night, I would recommend getting it heated if you like it on the warmer side. Joanna was very quick to respond to any requests we had and was very helpful in making our stay a great one. Home is also very kid friendly.

This house was absolutely AMAZING!! This house was definitely designed to host large family gatherings of all ages. We really loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The home is so spacious and cozy at the same time. Joanna really out did herself on the decor not one detailed was over looked! We loved the 2 pools, hot tub and the outdoor entertaining with ping pong table, pool table and bean bag toss, tons of outdoor seating and lounging for everyone! We were a party of 9 staying here & had a great stay. The house is very spacious, the pool and spa are wonderful, pictures don't do justice to the size of the home or pool & the outdoor space was our favorite part of the stay. Outdoors they have games, shaded dining, patio dining, the firepit with plenty of seating, and the turf really cools down the space and makes it feel very inviting! The house indoors and out was amazing and we had such a great stay, I would recommend this home for anyone wanting a secluded stay with a group!

My family had such a great time! Communication, Location, and home were fantastic. 15-20 minutes away from any activity and great restaurants. Exactly as pictured and pristine! It was my family of 4 and the home was fantastic and comfortable. Not too big and had all the great amenities for our family to enjoy and get some quality time in. Ping Pong, Theatre, Board Games, Spa and pool, s’mores by the fire pit, and pool table!! The kitchen was supplied with all that is needed for a long stay, more than we could have asked for! Stunning house that’s oriented around indoor-outdoor living! There was 8 of us getting together for a golf trip and it was a great setup with everybody being able to have their own bed, without bunk beds, which was difficult to find in searching for a home in the area. The house really has it all: incredible main gathering area in kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, fire pit, cornhole, spikeball, etc. We ended up just staying in after golf everyday because of how great the house was. Definitely recommend!

Had a chance to host a small getaway for work and this home was absolutely perfect. Everyone had private space along with countless options of places to hang out together.
