This property was A! Starting with the communication with the Host to all the amenities, everything I needed and then some were included. Kitchen very well stocked, bathrooms extra towels and wonderful smelling body wash and shampoo.Tvs in every room. One highlight a pool table for Fun family time and Second highlight the Spa oasis in the backyard. It certainly was a peaceful paradise for our stay. The small guest house was a great addition also. Location was perfect distance to all your needs and also entertainment and restaurants. Thank you Mark for being such a great host and we will definitely be back on our next stay. Deb

The housebandbpool were nice. They had everything we needed for a good stay. The parking is limited if you have more than 2 cars and the pool "water feature" never came on which we're a big deal. The only anoying thing was being reminded when checkout time was. Other than that we had a good stay

Our stay in Scottsdale was perfect. We enjoyed the pool table inside and the pool outside. Each room had a fan that kept the air moving, which was nice for our stay in July. The next time we visit Scottsdale, we will be staying here again instead of looking for another place somewhere in town. Mark was very proactive in asking if we needed anything and responded quickly when requests were made or questions were asked.

Fun house, nice pool and yard. We had a great weekend

We really enjoyed this little place. It was cool in Scottsdale's heat and we had sooo much fun in the pool. The listing did say there was a bigger bed in the Casita, there isn't. It's two twin beds. We made it work though and everyone was well accommodated!The kitchen is VERY well stocked with dishes. You can easily cook a grande meal in this kitchen and not be skimpy witht the pans and itensils. They thought of everything.I really appreciated that each room had a ceiling fan, each room has it's own TV, and some of the rooms had extra stand up fans. There were plenty of linens and pillows.They also made sure there were plenty of towels. You will need them as it's so hard to stay out of the pool.The pool was so very enjoyable. They have such a groovy pool. You cam walk into it and go to the deeper side or just hang out in the not so deep part. We sat up to the table IN the pool and ate popsicles and ice cream and drinks. It is a really fun way to cool down while it's 114⁰ outside. Thank-you for such a lovely place to stay!

Great house near old town Scottsdale. Nice set up with three bedrooms two more beds in the casita. The pool was nice a little chilly, but that is where the sun came in. The house was very clean & good communication.

The location was perfect, with Old Towne Scottsdale very convenient. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our host, Mark, was very attentive answering our inquiries in a timely manner. Overall, our experience was very positive and the home aligned with all of the descriptions found on Airbnb. We recommend Mark and his property highly.

Our group has stayed in Scottsdale many times in the past and this house, particularly the kitchen, was the most/ best equipped one we have ever had. All amenities were new and the house has a large open kitchen/ living room area which made it work well for the unusual cold snap that occurred when we were there. Spa worked well and instructions were clear. Walking distance to everything in town and including the mall. Communication with the owner was great. Hope to use it again in the future.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed with Mark. Always a good experience. Mark is a great host. Any small issues that have come up are always resolved quickly.

Rarely have we rented a house with 5 great TV's. It was a great house. 3 nice bedrooms in house and a two twin bed, small room/casita, out back by the pool. Very well stocked kitchen, as in lots of pots, pans, glasses, utensils. Pool table was a plus! (needs a little adjustment for the ball to roll true). Close to everything you need in Old Towne Scottsdale.

I stayed at Mark's place for my bachelor party. The main house is definitely bigger than the pictures show. We were all able to spread out in the living room, kitchen and around the pool table comfortably. The outdoor area had shade for the extreme heat and the built in table, bench and chairs in the pool were a great touch. Unfortunately, on our second day, the gas was shut off at the house due to an unpaid bill. Communication with Mark was quick and he rectified the situation to our complete satisfaction. The beds were very comfortable and the location is walking distance to nightlife, restaurants and bars. I would not hesitate to book staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The outdoor area was so enjoyable. We requested use of the hot tub, which is absolutely worth the small extra fee. The kitchen and living space were great areas for socializing. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to have some meals in. During our stay, we had a bite and some drinks on the patio before we took the short walk to Old Town Scottsdale. It was a perfect balance of private and relaxing with quick, easy access to bars and shopping. Lastly, Mark is a fantastic host! He provides all of the info you need to have a great time.

Great stay for my family of 5! The house was clean when we arrived, everything was stocked well. The house made a great home base for all of our hiking adventures in the area. We used the hot tub almost every day after being outside and it made for a great family bonding experience. The house was also in a great location - old town Scottsdale was a very short walk. I would love to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Appreciate that Mark’s house was in the location we wanted, had a pool table and pool. First three nights were great then we had a roof leak occur. Accommodated the repairman as he came to look at the roof, no problem. Next day at 7:30AM a contractor was banging on our door until we answered, asked us to move our vehicle and then went on the roof. Asked if he was going to be loud as everyone was still sleeping and was told just walking around. Fifteen minutes later sawing, scraping, pounding and banging so loud the wine glasses were rattling. I had communicated with Mark about the initial leak so he could take care of his home. I communicated with Mark about the contractors being there loud and early and was told it was a scheduling mistake, he offered to pay for lunch if they could stay or that he would have them leave. We of course asked them to leave as the beauty of an Airbnb is that you have the peace and quiet of a house. Nice place, not exactly thrilled with end result.

Mark's home in Scottsdale was an oasis with everything we needed for a week long trip and more! The location is walkable to Old Town, clean, comfortable, and even has a spa, pool, and pool table. We found the beds super comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything needed for our stay, the towels plush, and TVs conveniently located in every room. I would definitely rent again for another trip!

While the location of the home is convenient, the listing did not disclose that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms was located in a casita in the backyard, not part of the main house. This was not clear from The photos either. We would have booked another property had we known that prior.

This place was perfect. The pool was an amazing temp and crystal clear and everything inside was spotless. The location made it easy for us to get food/drink at a moments notice and the host was extremely responsive. We have zero complaints.

For anyone looking for a airbnb, I highly recommend this one. My group and I stayed there and had an absolute great time. They were flexible with having an earlier check in. The cleanliness of the Airbnb was above standards. My group and I, noticed the entire house was clean and made our stay that much better. The amenities were amazing. Pool table, jacuzzi and a pool. The pool has a built in bar table top under shade which was amazing place to hang out during the day. Next time I visit the area, I will be looking to see if this Airbnb is Available. Beautiful home, well located downtown! This home is well worth booking from the comfortable beds to the amenities provided at the home. Mark supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an amplitude of towels and all the spices you could hope for. The home is exactly as pictured and perfect for a getaway in Phoenix. Mark was very responsive with messaging and even answered me after I had checked out enquiring about the type of mattress in the master. The only downside for me personally was the flooring of the pool. It was quite abrasive so it left our feet worse for wear. In the grand scheme though, it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay. Definitely recommend booking Mark’s place!

Mark’s place was great for our bachelorette. It was very close to all of the restaurants and bars which made walking and taking Ubers very easy! The house was well laid out and was very spacious. The pool and bbq were also a great addition! Would definitely recommend this for a family or group looking to relax.

Amazing location relative to Old Town. We played 3 days of golf and were never more than 30 minutes from a course. The house layout is fantastic and offers privacy with bedrooms for people to sleep peacefully as well as a great common space. The pool area is amazing. Super clean and Mark is a very responsive host which helped a ton.

As other reviews stated, this place is a great location. It is walking distance to Old Town, restaurants and Giants spring training field. I loved having a heated pool and hot tub in the backyard. Mark is a great host. The can opener was broken and it was replaced within 2 hours. Mark responds quickly.

I highly recommend! The house and location are great. There are many restaurants just a few blocks away and a good running / walking trail a quarter mile away. The pool / spa at the house was very nice and our family enjoyed spending a lot of time in it. Also, Mark has excellent customer service and ensured we had everything we needed. He provided a wonderful stay and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s home. Location couldn’t be better. Comfortable, clean and convenient!! What more do you need?

The house was a convenient 10-15 min walk to Old Town which was a key driver in us selecting it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, pots & pans, utensils and even herbs & spices. Baths were well stocked too. The house, linens, and towels were clean & plentiful for the 5 of us. Pool & hot tub water were heated when we arrived (for an additional $75/day) and were an outstanding feature of the house. Our host was able to accommodate our request for a 1 hr early check in. The electronic locks were a little tricky to get used to, but were fine once we did. The only minor negatives were that the traffic sounds from 68th that were noticable though not loud when laying on the lounges in the back yard (however they were not audible when in the house). Also, the bedrooms were small but adequate and had nice bed linens.

We loved the property. With out a doubt we will book again the next time we are in Scottsdale.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this place fit our needs perfectly. Seven adults and two infants had no trouble finding the space and separation we needed. The home is really well laid out with updated baths and outdoor pool. Plenty of room for dining, relaxing and socializing. We would definitely recommend it. Much better and cheaper than the upscale hotels nearby.

We had an excellent family vacation in Scottsdale, and staying at Mark's place was great! It was a convenient location that was close to everything. It happened to also be Halloween during our stay, so we got to go out around the neighbourhood with the kiddos and everyone enjoyed it.

We loved our stay! Great location that is walkable to many places or a short Uber. Also only a short Uber from the airport. Mark was very easy to get a hold of, check in/check out was easy, the pool was great and clean, bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed!

Mark was an excellent host! The house was extremely clean and in perfect condition! The hot tub and pool were so fun!!

I host on AirBnB so my negative remarks are written with the intention that the owner either makes the appropriate investment in his property, changes his approach to hospitality, or drops the price, discloses all the repairs needed to manage expectations of guests. Mark's communication was designed for college kids ready to party. Immediately you get hit with rules "Don't Smoke/Vape" "Don't talk outside past 10" or "Use common sense" all come across condescending, I have never stayed at a house that had to remind me to be an adult in every room. I am sure there is a history here, just sets such an odd tone for a family vacation. The dishes look like they've come from a second hand store. I drank my cocktail out of a bank sponsored Atlanta Hawks stadium cup, reminded me of my college days. There is no tupperware or food storage, so you have to go purchase ziplocks or get real creative with leftovers. The hot tub didn't work and the owner didn't respond when I asked how to fix the hottub. If it wasn't working, this should have been disclosed. The master bedroom ceiling fan and master bath fans don't work. Noise travels in that house. There are have paper thin doors and no sound absorbers like rugs or art. A text message in another room could be heard easily. Hard to have a crying baby in this house without waking up the whole house. The owners has a stack of dirty mattresses on the side of his house. The location is great! Able to walk to restaurants, cafes, bars and run along the canal. He had a well stocked spice cabinet. I wish I had read a fact based review on this house so I'm submitting mine for future guests to consider.

Can't beat the location for proximity to cool stuff. Golfing, hiking. shopping, restaraunts. However, apparently the city of Scottsdale really hates Airbnbers so beware. Host is paranoid that you might get sited by the Scottsdale Airbnb police. Not because I had that problem but because owner continually threatens to revoke rental if any other people show up to the house. You've been warned...again.

Out of all the airbnb homes I stayed at, this is one of the top three places I recommend! The place was very clean, cozy, and the host was on top of communication.

Great house. Our family ended up not being able to go so it was just my mom and me in the big house. Would highly suggest this house for groups and it even has a casita that would be great to put your teenagers in as it's separate from the main house. As far as location to town, definitely drive-able but wouldn't suggest walking if you have any mobility impairments. Completely walk-able for those young and able. Host was great and had excellent communication.

This was a great stay! The house is amazing! It has everything you need! It’s close to OT! I would 100% book again Personally I think the pool looked smaller than the picture but it was still amazing and cute backyard! The pool & hot tub was why I booked this place it was featured on this house and I thought I payed for the hot tub. Anyways it was just like the pool temp and Mark did send me how to turn it on but it seemed too complicated for me to figure it out I wish It was just a on and off button. Anyways it’s no big deal but it was a bummer at the moment but aside from that I loved it! Thank you so much for opening up your home!

Our stay was great! The location is a few blocks further to get to bars and restaurants then implied. Its "walkable", but more like a mile plus walk to the main strip. Pool/hottub was great, house was clean, and comfortable. There was an A/C issue, but host was responsive and had mechanical issue addressed.

A bit of a longer walk to old town Scottsdale, but nice pool and close to Tennis courts/ basketball court. Mark was very responsive- great place for our family to collect and enjoy!

Perfect location, clean and remodeled

This was a great place to stay for me and my friends. We were about 5 minutes from downtown. It was centrally located to both Scottsdale and Phoenix. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Pool/jacuzzi out back was nice to have as well. Would highly recommend staying here as it was great value too.

Our first air bnb experience and Mark made it all a breeze. Pictures were accurate and check in and check out were both smooth and easy. Close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in Old Town Scottsdale and the pool and pool table were great respite for recharging. Don’t hesitate to book Mark’s place!

My group enjoyed our 6 night stay in Mark’s house. It was able to accommodate all of us well. It was well stocked with kitchenware so we enjoyed breakfast at the home as well as one night of grilling up some food. The pool was smaller than expected but we still enjoyed having it. The location was also great for exploring old town Scottsdale. Overall, we were all satisfied with the Airbnb.

Location was great if you want to be near Oldtown/fashion square. Tons of awesome restaurants. House was 4/5. Master bath was quite small and pool seemed larger in photos but it did the job and didn’t have any real complaints.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark's house. Views of Camelback mountain from the front of the house. Amazing pool and guest suite in the back. Close to the canal for those early morning walks in the beautiful Arizona sunshine and many outdoor dining options in nearby Old Town. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great host, quickly responds, and a very nice place!

Mark's place was easy to find and a great place to stay for a quick vacation. The home is beautiful and has everything ready for their guests. WIFI works great. A lot of towels in the home so you don't need to bring your own. I like that the host provides new dishwashing scrub, dishwashing pods and tidepods for the laundry room. The place was well sanitized and AC unit works amazing. There are instructions/labels on everything so it is very straightforward and easy to turn things on. The water pressure is amazing...def not something i'm used to so be careful when you shower, if you turn it to HOT, it is extremely hot. Pool was smaller than I thought but still a beautiful pool and spa! Overall, it was a five-star stay and the host was very responsive and super nice!

Location and backyard pool cannot be beat! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. As other reviewers have mentioned, the home is showing some rental wear and the twin beds are not as comfortable as the king sized bed. All in all, it was a great place to escape to for a few days of rest and relaxation!

If the weather is nice, it’s a close walk to Old Town Scottsdale. Lots of shops and dining nearby. The pool is great for a cool off during the summer heat. Very ample size for many people

Perfect home away from home for our family. We had a small dinner with our adult kids that live in the area and the kitchen and outdoor space was perfect for us all. The pool was sparkling clean (we are pool contractors so we are picky about this!) and just the right temperature. Having the casita was an extra bonus for the restroom use while out too. If I had to pick out any issues, it would be the bed set ups. Too many twin beds. Other than that...no complaints! Thanks again to Mark for everything! Liz &Johnny Z

This AirBnB has a GREAT location. We took nightly walks into Old Scottsdale (shops, galleries, restaurants). We really LOVED the pool time as well. The BBQ is not mentioned in the listing but was a lovely bonus for dinners. Arizona gets VERY HOT so a pool is a must. Of course we wish we had control of the thermostat, and wish there was another double bed for the second couple in our group but we pushed two of the single beds together. The kitchen has all the tools you will need to make whatever you want, they even have a spice rack! The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would recommend, would return and stay again!

Great communication! Clean home, pictures are true to the actual home. Good location for our family for were we needed to be. Felt safe, good A/C, nice to have washer and dryer, used the BBQ once for lunch, plenty of sleeping beds, and bathrooms! Pool was nice just big enough for our family. Thank you for hosting us. This place is perfect for families looking for a self contained vacation spot. The home is well appointed with all the amenities needed, and the outdoor space is fantastic for kids and adult supervision. We had a blast!

Enjoyed our stay! The location to Old Town Scottsdale was exactly what we were looking for and the guest house was a plus! The house has a bit of rental wear. The chairs up against the bar in the kitchen were unstable and the pool cues need to be replaced. The master bed was very comfortable, but the guest room beds are very hard. Overall had a great stay!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It is located in a nice area of Scottsdale with a lot to do close by. The master bed is very comfortable but the other two rooms not so much. There are two small beds in each room and while this is clearly stated I’ll admit we rushed our booking so that was our bad. Aside from the beds we loved our stay and really ended up loving the house and area. We will be back! Thank you Selene!

Nice house within walking distance from downtown Scottsdale. Pool and spa were a welcome treat after golf. My only complaint is that everything is an add on cost, including cleaning, heat for the pool, late checkout, and extra towels. Good overall experience and we would come back, knowing to budget extra for these items.

Overall house is in a good location, the pool table was great and the hot tub was well used. But, Be aware that the price will go up after you book. We paid an extra $140 to heat the pool (1/2 price) and $250 for cleaning. These are added on once you commit to booking. Would prefer to know all costs upfront which can be done via Airbnb. It seems deceptive but, is notated in the house rules.

This house was in a great location - quick drive to downtown Scottsdale and lots of sights (zoo, botanical gardens) and only 20 minute drive to Phoenix. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the pool! There were plenty of towels and toiletries. The hosts were very communicative. All around great stay.

If you are looking forward to relax with family and friends on the outside patio with pool. Having time to just spend time lounging and having a BBQ this is the place for you. Sleeps 8 people and is super close to airport and Old Town. Convenient to walk to historical sites and fell like you can just relax.

This space was very clean, organized, and super comfortable....the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinner ware, cups, glasses, utensils, cutlery, cookware, etc. but did not provide any pantry or refrigerator items other than spices, coffee filters and sugar.....which is not a big deal, just something good to know before going to the grocery store. The location is really close to Old Towne which made our excursions out of the house very convenient. There were a couple of small issues but they were addressed immediately and very hospitably!! We would definitely stay at this property or another one of their properties in the future.

The home had a good location as promised. Everything was clean. We went on a bad weather week with extreme rain, which caused a leak in the roof. We had to have a pot on the ground for two days. This was inconvenient and hard as we had little ones running around. The owners apologized and gave us a small amount on gift card. The water filter on the fridge was also not working, which they offered to replace. Please be aware that they will charge 250$ for a cleaning fee, and up to 70$ a day for optional pool and spa heating. There is also an extra charge for the pack and play and high chair.
