The house was even better than we were expecting, it was great for our girls weekend getaway. The house is huge and the rooms had everything. The loaction was so close to everything but just far enough away where we felt safe and comfortable

This house was perfect for the 5 of us! The pool and hot tub were nice. The kitchen was full of all the things we needed for making dinner. The neighborhood is quiet. The tv room was comfortable, the beds were very cozy! The host answered any questions we had, I would highly recommend this property!

Lots of rules but don't let that scare you away from this gem. Whole family enjoyed every minute of this spectacular property. The backyard and pool is an oasis. Host was attentive and great to work with!

6 adults and an 8 month old gathered for my son's 30th birthday and we had a blast.As a family, we love to cook and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental property. Lots of space if people wanted quiet time and fabulous communal areas.Whilst the pool is not big, it was perfect for our needs- the 8 month old loved splashing in his 'floatie'. Quick responses from Mark-a broken sun umbrella was replaced within an hour of reporting it.Although it did not detract from our enjoyment, the shower shared by 2 of the bedrooms was poor- so the occupants used the master bedroom shower, which was great. Also, for a house that sleeps up to 10, there was only the dinning table that had sufficient chairs for the 6 of us to eat together. The outside table had 5 chairs, the outdoor bar had 4 stools and the high table in the games room could only seat 4.However, a wonderful house that we will definitely stay in again (daughter-in-law is from Phoenix and so visits are likely to be regular).

Casa Paradiso exceeded our expectations. House was larger than expected, and very well appointed. But, let’s face it, the pool was better than all this - it was simply perfect!This place is a gem. You won’t be disappointed

4 guys playing golf. Perfect house. 4 BRs, plenty of room, everything worked and everything we needed was there. Great location for what we were doing. Close to grocery store and places to eat. One small problem that could have waited, but owner had someone there early next day to fix it. Owners were great in their communication and responses. Hope to stay there next year!

Well appointed, quiet, spacious and perfect for our girlfriend reunion

This is my second stay in this beautiful home. The first time was in the Fall with girlfriends. This time was late April with our entire family. Six adults and two teens. It was just perfect. There is so much to do, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, pool table and movie room.

If time would allow, I'd go back in a heartbeat. The house was so spacious and well appointed. The backyard was beautiful and so inviting. Our hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. They made our stay a priority, making sure our visit was the best it could be. And it truly was, and we are so grateful. The house felt like home in Paradise. All vacationers should feel so lucky.

4 man golf trip. House was perfect. Great big open spaces, clean and close to everyone in North Scottsdale. We ate out every meal, but the kitchen is gourmet and large. Owners were very clear and communicative. Rent without reservation.

We stayed almost 5 weeks and enjoyed ourselves with a spacious home that worked out great for friends and family. The backyard oasis was fabulous. And the fire table was comfy on cooler evenings. We highly recommend this house for large groups or small. The management staff was always responsive and helpful with our questions. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

House was fantastic, perfect location for what we needed. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed for the price. Would absolutely rent this house again next time I come to Scottsdale.

4 generations and this house was perfect. We enjoyed the waterfall pool to teach the 2 year old to swim. My son-in-law taught me how to play pool on the pool table on the social room. The little one was able to watch TV in the 3 seat lounger/couch. “Theater Room”. The 2 bedrooms on one side of the house were very large with their own bathrooms. The 2 on the other side had a shared common bathroom but that was just fine for us. 1 room had a King and the other had 2 beds. (I am not sure what size)The laundry room was nice to use. Large washer and dryer. We appreciated the high chair and pack and play for sleeping. We put it in the very very large master bath closet. We used the hot tub and loved it. We would def stay again. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Back yard was private. The kitchen was well stocked and nice. We did cook a lot. Driving was nice because everything we wanted was easy to get to, and the traffic pace was not combat. We really enjoyed the zoo.I would rent this again and look more into snow birding in Scottsdale. We have been looking for a town. I think the comfort/quiet and serenity of this house helped give us a good vibe for the area.

Wonderful property. Privacy, elegance, and close to literally everything.

This property is beautiful and has plenty of space for a family or 4 / 5 couples . We checked it out just for the two of us thinking we would go back with all our adult kids later if we liked it. From the start the briefing of the owners let it be known that their staff and their duties of the property were more important to them then their customers so I felt any comments or concerns during our actual stay were fruitless. Hot tub needs to be replaced , period . Plus, Please don’t say it’s clean water when it hasn’t been changed the lid is so old and ripped and sun dried that it affects the actual smell of the water or the water was just that old ? The propane tanks were empty for the fire pit which the manual says it’s up to the client to fill but honestly that’s really inconvenient for any tourist. The extra cost given to us to heat the pool when we have to actually remove and replace all the plastic pieces to help maintain that little bit of heat was also undesired and inconvenient. Things get missed by owners like the sharpness on the master bed rails. When you’re there for hiking and you cut your foot it’s not good. The dishwasher wire racks are worn to just rusty wires just like the hot tub speakers in places . There’s not a dish cloth in the house nor a plug for either the kitchen or laundry sinks ? Level the fridge, it doesn’t stay closed. I honestly hope this helps the owners make it better for others .

We had a great stay in North Scottsdale. The house was great. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. It was about 20 min drive to old town. But there was everything you needed close by. Hosts were great to work with. Got back to any communication right away.

Beautiful house with great amenities!

The mattress and sheets and pillows on the beds were AMAZING. Best stay! great outdoor evening ambiance. We stayed early May for a weekend...there were peak hors of sunshine, but the later afternoon is amazing as most of the pool was also shaded. The kitchen was also stocked with cookware. Its within a 5 min drive to Safeway and several restaurants.

Great house with a nice pool close to golf and nice restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable home. The adults and grandchildren loved the heated pool (84 degrees) and hot tub. (Arrange this beforehand so the pool has a chance to warm up) The kitchen was well stocked with oil, spices and coffee pods, and the laundry had plenty of detergent pods. The host was thoughtful to provide tissue boxes throughout the home. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and was close to groceries, nail salons, and Starbucks. Nana and Papi visited Taliesin West and took the family to the Butterfly Wonderland and OdySea Aquarium. The little town of Carefree with it’s Sundial and Public DesertGarden was a fun outing as well. You won’t regret staying at Mark’s place!

The house is as advertised. Spacious with quality construction, features and amenities in a convenient location. Owner was responsive and cooperative.

This is a nice big Air BnB, although a bit dated. The lights over the pool table were all broken, peeling wall paper in the half bath and shag carpet in the master bedroom. Overall probably a great place for a large group but not what I hoped for as a family stay.

We had several adults and two children 10 and under that stayed at this home for a sporting competition and it was perfect! Everyone had their own spot to get away when needed but we could all come together when we wanted. The heated pool, hot tub, bbq area with bar was a huge hit with everyone. They provided a ton of extra towels including swimming towels and tons of extra blankets and sheets too which were very handy for cutting weight for our athletes, they gave us everything we needed and definitely appreciated the attention to detail this home offered! We will definitely be staying here in the future again.

Wonderful home and just what we were looking for, for our visit to the area. The home was exactly as described, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were the main reason we chose the house and they were the perfect temperature for the early October weather. Joanna communicated clearly and promptly. My wife and I felt right at home in this spacious property in N Scottsdale when visiting the area for a week in July '23. The text and photos of the listing perfectly represented the property. Joanna's instructions were clear, timely, and easy to follow. She additionally went out of her way to answer questions and make sure special needs were met for the stay. Most important, she and the property dealt well with adversity. During our stay, the Phoenix area suffered through extreme high temperatures and we experienced a severe seasonal storm, with high winds that downed tree branches and damaged the patio furniture. The property's two central air conditioners commendably kept interior temperatures at or below normal room temperature for the week, and Joanna responded quickly to send someone to survey and address the storm damage. We very much appreciated the friendly, professional care and would not hesitate to return to this or another of her homes.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The property managers were very responsive to any questions or needs I had. I would definitely come back. It’s location was ideal. I’m just looking for a reason to return to Scottsdale so I can stay in this lovely home.

This property was beautiful! It is in an area that has nearby hiking/boating, shopping, live music for dancing, amazing eateries, and museums. It is perfect for a group of high school friends to get together and enjoy the large kitchen and patio seating. The pool was refreshing and is built for relaxing, not swim laps. It is a luxurious home with plenty of amenities. Play a game of billiards, grill some salmon, put your wine in the wine fridge, or relax by the pool. There is plenty of sun in the backyard but there are several trees perfectly situated to provide afternoon shade, which made the entire pool experience perfect. My group wanted to experience Arizona. We went to Cavecreek for some honkytonk line dancing and local brews, Taliesin West and the Musical Instrument Museum for some culture, Grayhawk for 18 holes, and Desert Ridge for some shopping, excellent restaurants, and a few hidden speakeasies. My girl's trip was awesome and this home made it perfectly possible!

We were in town to watch the NCAA golf tournament at Greyhawk and this home was perfect for what we needed. Great location, private and peaceful backyard, large kitchen and living spaces. Overall, we had a great experience!

We had a great time staying in this home. Joanna and Mark were super fast and responsive to my inquiry. We had a vacation disaster happen at another home (not theirs) and they were able to get the their home ready early for us and save all our food and fun. We swam every day in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub and pool table with the family. The beds were very comfortable and lots of room for the family to spread out and relax. The kitchens, both indoor and outdoor, were great for cooking and staying in. Mark and team were super responsive and fast if any questions or concerns came up during the stay. We had a smoke detector battery die during our stay and they were over and had it fixed in like a half an hour. Great place to explore the Scottsdale area from and adventure, or stay in and swim and relax like we did most of the time.

Very nice house. The backyard was especially nice! The cons, furniture is dated. Dinning room only sits 6, couldn’t all sit down for dinner together. Dinning room chairs need new cushions. Update some of the furniture and we’re back!!!!!!

My friends and I had a most enjoyable stay at this house. The outdoor area is great for having a nice meal and entertaining friends. We watched football in the living area and played pool. The number of bedrooms and beds is ideal for a group of friends. We loved the pool and garden.

This house was spectacular. It had all the space and amenities we were looking for to enjoy a long family weekend celebrating some family milestones. The house was extremely clean, the Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for cooking and dining (in and out) and we all enjoyed playing some pool too. Would highly recommend this location. The host was helpful and quick to respond if I had questions.

This home is in a quiet location with a resort like backyard. All the bedrooms are spacious and oh so comfortable. Six of us easily shared all the home had to offer. We would return.

The home was lovely and well stocked -- As a company, we really like booking AirBNB's for our business travelers as an option for team build and holding professional meetings. Unfortunately there was no flexibility for check in or check out (even offering to pay additional) whereas in a hotel we would have more options. Even though I sent several messages the host never circled back with an answer or solution. This added unnecessary stress on the team trying to plan out our meeting agenda. I also do not like the strict no tolerance policy of headcounts for professional business meetings onsite. if you have a policy of 8 but I have 9 attendees for two hours one day it would be helpful to work with your guests and understand their needs. I will make sure I work with a host next time who I can speak to first before booking since I never received a response for cancelation options either. I had to give 2 stars for communication based on never getting responses on early check in/late check out or cancelation. I do appreciate the team saying the home was nice, we appreciate this and recommend the home only if you have strict plans and do not need flexibility.

Joanna’s place was great. For our mini 4 night getaway in Phoenix it was absolutely perfect. The place was extremely conveniently located to a number of great public golf courses in the area including TPC Scottsdale, Troon, Boulders, and more. Joanna’s place was well stocked with amenities galore. Two king bedrooms ensured me and my friend both got a great night of sleep. The kitchen was great as well. The outdoor area, while we didn’t use too much on account of summer timing, was also great. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice.

We traveled with a group of girls aging from 35-72. It’s in a beautiful area but unfortunately the property needs some upkeep. The electrical flickered in the kitchen with some other noticeable loose ends. Some black residue around an outlet from a possible old electrical issue. Lighting did not work in some rooms with limited lighting in the garage. We never figured out the surround sound outside by the pool. We were happy we brought our little Bose travel speaker to supplement. We felt those directions could have been added to the house guide book for clarification. Some cleaning issues we ran into with a dirty shower curtain and comforter. We were made aware of two separate routine visits from pool maintenance and pest control. Understandable - but with that in mind, we were asked to stay out of the pool for 4 hrs following the chemical process which seems disappointing when your paying the price to fly and stay somewhere. Upon arrival we were surprised to find a the cleaning hose in the pool which was explained to us that the unit stayed in because of parts needing to be replaced. I felt this took away from our girl spa trip we were looking for. She explained that they could come remove it the next morning but we declined and said we would work around it. In my review I do not feel the pictures advertised, match the current condition of the backyard. The fire extinguisher on a side counter dated back to 2005 which seemed to reflect the condition of the house. There was only one hair dryer in the master bath. I felt the personal touch was missing here with a house this size. I found it interesting that the temp control could not be changed without a code. Assuming we had to contact the host based on previous reviews - again we just left it. Checkout seemed confusing as there were directions on the fridge - different directions in what seemed like an outdated guide book and then directions that came in automated via Airbnb messaging. The host let us in a little earlier which was helpful with our earlier plane arrival. To clarify we did not contact our host about these problems during our stay as we wanted to enjoy our time without more interruptions. Regardless our group enjoyed our time together. I think this place could be prime if these problems were addressed and some personal touches were added and updated. I’m writing this with full transparency. I don’t typically write negative reviews but felt this house house has more items that needed attention than one could overlook. Again this in a beautiful area among similar housing. It’s about 30 minutes to the airport - 15 minutes to TopGolf and 20 minutes to Oldtown Scottsdale, which we all enjoyed during our stay.

Beautiful large one story home with amazing amenities! The backyard is truly the best part - plenty of space to lounge and sit outside in the sun. The house was great. The pool and hot tub temperatures were really good. Even considering it was cold out. Everything in the house worked as advertised. The location is close to some nice restaurants, grocery stores and other retail. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The house is great. It has 12’ tall ceilings and is very big and spacious. The heated pool was great for everyone. The outdoor kitchen was great too. We celebrated my father in laws 65th birthday and it was perfect for what we needed.

This space was amazing! This house was one of the best spaces I have ever rented from AirBnb! The house was spotless, so many wonderful amenities that were included as well as the great prompt communication between myself and the hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who is planning a trip out to Scottsdale, AZ. Super convenient location close to the airport and a lot of stores and venues. If you looking to have a spacious, home away from home I would definitely check this place out.

Water pressure in 2nd and 3rd bathroom was weak. Ice maker was not working properly. No NFL on cable but asides from those little things very comfortable home.

Everything was amazing. We had a small group for my husband’s 40th birthday, due to COVID we kept everything small and intimate. This was the perfect resort style oasis! Everyone definitely enjoyed themselves. They were the absolute best with communicating and made us feel welcome. I definitely recommend Joanna and Mark’s place! You will not be disappointed.

A little outside of Scottsdale but perfect for our reunion!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house was huge and very clean when we walked in (love the high ceilings). The backyard was big with plenty of space and a lovely pool. The backyard has a tree that spills little small green debris into the pool whenever the wind would pick up which was a little annoying...so we needed to clean out the pool several times before jumping in. The kitchen was clean and well supplied, the theater room was awesome and a great way to watch sports with my friends. The master bedroom and bath was large and beautiful. The house is a little far from old town Scottsdale so just keep that in mind if that's important to you. There were dozens of light switches that was hard to figure out what each did...and the house seemed to be set up with sound throughout but again couldn't figure out how to work it despite having several remotes. Other than that however, this was a beautiful, large , clean and fun home with cool amenities. I highly recommend

Exquisite home and neighborhood. My family of four and I were extremely pleased with the space and amenities. The backward is well kept and landscaping was on point. The lights at night in the backyard are cozy and give you a great chill mood for a great night with the family. The location provides easy access to major highways that allow for easy commute to and from places. I will definitely try and rent this home again on our next trip to Phoenix.

Wonderful home for families

Such a comfortable place with room for everyone. A gourmet kitchen that was so fun to cook in! Comfy beds and wonderful blankets and linens. If you are looking for a good hike- we enjoyed Pinacle Peak. Challenging but great views. A wonderful break for our family during these difficult times!

We had an excellent time at Joannas place. Everything is as pictured. Only wish pool heat was warmer and checkout time was later. Small grimace for the overall great experience. Will stay again.

This home had a wonderful layout for a multi-generational gathering. The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for little ones to run around while others congregated at the dining table or in the family room. The outside amenities were attractive and enjoyable.

Joanna was quick to respond, the home is very clean and the location is perfect for a trip to the greater Scottsdale & Phoenix area , I would definitely stay here again!

House is spacious and backyard is gorgeous. The outdoor lighting around the yard was not working owner said they had planned to fix it but it was pitch black beyond the grill after 6pm. Be careful there are many places to trip and fall. There are no instructions for the tv/audio. In the basket of 5 remotes, we couldn’t get the surroundsound speakers to work and we are engineers. I think it was broken along with the fireplace and wine fridge which was very disappointing. There were only 2 wine glasses, no bath soap, pool floats, or kitchen essentials like foil or plastic wrap that you would expect with in a house that size. Sprinklers kept going off in the backyard and I asked the owner to shut them off so we could have a outdoor picnic/art painting set up and the grass was soaking wet and his reply was “we never had anyone complain about the sprinklers”. He said they wouldn’t go on again so we set up the table and easels and off go the sprinklers! They should have told us just to keep off the grass or something. He seemed very annoyed and told me how to shut off the sprinklers. A detailed instruction sheet would’ve worked. Another note is the AC is only controlled by the owner so you have to text them if you want it adjusted a degree. Overall, home needs maintenance, it’s not the friendliest or welcoming of homes/owners but it didn’t ruin our weekend.

This is an amazing home for a family getaway! In a quiet neighborhood and very close to restaurants and shops. The backyard and pool were perfect and made the warmer days and evenings enjoyable! Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Scottsdale — we definitely hope to return!!

It's a nice house.

This place is wonderful. It is spacious and has great amenities throughout. The Master is something to see and the other bedrooms are spacious and very nice also. The back yard is wonderful. The pool is nice and the new hot tube which the pictures do not show is a nice addition. We used the outdoor kitchen almost every night and watched a beautiful storm from the covered outdoor patio. You will love staying at Joanna's place. They are great hosts with an amazing home.

We absolutely love this space! It’s perfect for a nice get away. The home is so inviting and we loved how much space there is. Amenities are above and beyond. We didn’t want to leave!! Will be coming back to this home again for sure!!

Great place for a family stay!

We could not believe our eyes when we arrived. The pictures on the site do not to the place any justice, all we can say was WOW!!! Truly impressed with the home, everyone enjoyed playing in the pool, or playing billiards!! Not to mention everyone was able to watch whatever they wanted, multiple TVs set up around the home. We even had a movie night with the whole family, traveled with 10 ppl, adults and children. Awesome, awesome place!!! We definitely recommend Joanna’s place!!

Joanna's House is as good as advertised. The backyard experience alone is worth the stay. House is very nice with lots of space and a very well equipped kitchen. Great location as well. Close to the 101, variety of stores, restaurants, and most outdoor activities (hiking, biking, boating, etc.). Joanna and her husband were very responsive to the few questions/requests we had, they were a pleasure to deal with. In the end, we had such a good two week staying at Joanna's house, my wife and I decided to relocate from Chicago to Scottsdale next summer.

Great house with awesome backyard! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, grass yard, theatre room, huge master bedroom, nice billiards table and outdoor cool area which we never took advantage of. Great space with lots of room made for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Very nice home and a good location for Golf and other activities in Scottsdale. The grilling set up and hot tub worked perfectly....the house front room with entertainment system was perfect for our group. The management team did everything they could to satisfy are sleeping request which was greatly appreciated.. Great property for a group that really wants to socialize and have a couple different activities going on within the house at one time. Thanks

We were a family of six flying into Phoenix for a family funeral. Finding the home of Mayra's and Joanna's was like a little miracle sent to us. From the moment I booked the home, I was at ease. The communication is OUTSTANDING; questions were answered within minutes before our arrival and during our stay. The home is exactly as pictured. Beautifully kept, sparkling clean and very welcoming. These two hosts went as far as to provide us with a highchair and crib for the one year old that was with us; so kind and thoughtful. Should we have a need to be in Phoenix again, I would definitely book this home again with no hesitation.

Large house with lovely backyard. Plenty of room for family. Great location in North Scottsdale. The house was as advertised, but the decor was a bit sparse compared to the pictures - less luxurious than I expected.

What a great stay! We booked last minute and Mayra was very accommodating! The home was absolutely beautiful! It was close to shopping and dining. There was so much space to enjoy! 2 separate family room/living areas, pool table and amazing backyard!

Absolutely loved the kitchen and the beds were amazing! Best sleep ever. Beautiful home, great entertaining home. Although we didn't get much use of the backyard because of the weather it was still amazing.

Really a nice place to stay in north Scottsdale. It is quiet and there is plenty of room for larger groups. Just down the street is a small shopping center with several good restaurants and two different grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This home was perfect for our visit to Scottsdale. It had everything that my family needed and more. The location is perfect, very close to shopping and great restaurants.
