This was the perfect house for my family to stay as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding nearby. It was very spacious and had great amenities. Mark was also great to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

Overall, this was a great place to stay with multiple friends. The beds were very comfortable and the location was good for what we needed. Only downside is the hot tub was not hot, and the basketballs were all flat.

It was in a quiet neighborhood but not for from shopping, dining, hiking, ball fields, etc. Mark communicated about the few questions or concerns we had. Bring pool floaties/etc., as they can't provide them for insurance purposes. We would definitely stay again!

Great place Quiet neighborhood Near food shops and golf

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The couches inside the house were very comfortable and a great place to gather and visit. We cooked dinner one night and found the beautiful kitchen to be well stocked for what we needed. We had a large group of ladies and the 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms worked well. The location was also very convenient to shopping and restaurants at Kierland Commons. We did not have a chance to utilize the pool or hot tub but that's available as well. We all enjoyed this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay. Mark was a great host and incredibly responsive. The house and yard were bigger than I expected. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and accessories - we couldn’t find a wine opener, though! Would definitely come back.

Host was very prompt. House in need of some upkeep, pictures look better than actual property. House felt used and even found dirty towels and clothes in the master vanity cabinet. Every game in the game room “garage” was broken and needed attention. Pool cover was on the whole time and hot tub needs a good service. For the price we would not stay here again.

The house was amazing. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The pool was great, very deep, kids will need life jackets. It worked perfect to bring our family together for a relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s place for just over a week. The home was spacious and so comfortable for our group with large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen and living space was comfortable and spacious as well for our group to spread out and relax. The backyard is phenomenal, we spent most of our time there enjoying the pool, hot tub and other amenities. In terms of location, we would highly recommend the house too. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet close to Kierland Commons and other amenities. Mark was a wonderful host too and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The house manual was also helpful. We would stay at Marks place again in a heartbeat!

Nice overall….especially for the price

Mark was an amazing host and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. He went above and beyond to attend to minor issues that just enhanced our stay even further. Mark reached out to us proactively to let us know about an issue that was beyond his control and did everything he could to provide a solution. We really appreciated him being up front and proactive and everything was resolved easily and we were extremely happy with how things were handled. The house was even more spacious and lovely than the pictures and has the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced. The location is very convenient and the street and neighborhood is very quiet. The amenities in the house were great for our family with 3 young children. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, basketball court and had hours of fun in the game room. We had planned to see much more of the city, but ended up just enjoying the sun and fun at the house for the majority of the trip. Highly recommend and will be back!

Plenty of space to host a family gathering. We had 8 people staying in the home and it was very comfortable with separate families having their own bedrooms and bathroom. The pool, hot tub, game room and basketball court was a hit with the kids. The kitchen is big enough for cooking/entertaining if you wish. The first night the hot tub wasn’t fully heating and Mark had a tech out in the morning to fix. He was very responsive after booking and into our stay. Would book again.

A few nights pre-conference with my work colleagues, place was as described and was a great option for nearby Scottsdale. The location is within walking distance of some restaurants but mostly you need a car.

We had a great stay overall. very comfortable, clean and spacious house. lots of bathrooms. pool was great and got some shade towards the evening hours. lots of places to shop and eat close by. the only thing that could be better is the stand alone AC unit in the master bedroom. it was not blowing enough cold air. Also, the basketball hoop is broken. other than that, it is well worth the money.

Home was perfect & beautiful what a dream stay for a getaway. Pool was awesome, hot tub was perfect, fun/games kept us busy. Some up keep is needed with games air hockey/basketball court but all and all 10 out of 10 all around. You get what you pay for with Mark’s place thank you!

Mark’s place was a wonderful last minute find for our spring break vacation. He was quick to respond to questions. The house was fully stocked and updated. The fridge is HUGE and amazing. Mark had the pool heated for us and even got the hot tub up and running. I loved the open concept - there was so much space for everyone. The home was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family get away in a home large enough to entertain 4 generations of my family. The open concept, large kitchen, dining and living area made reconnecting easy. The large island hosted all the main meals and people with ease. Mark was quick and responsive to all my requests and questions. We were all very happy with the home and all of its amenities. (it was a chilly week, so the hot tub was well used!)

This AMAZING placed was exactly as described and as it appears in the pictures. As soon as we walked in, we knew we chose the perfect place for our family get-away. The house is plenty big with amazing amenities. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and had everything we needed for meal prep and serving (not always the case with other places). We HIGHLY recommend this home and will stay again on a return trip. A few tips for anyone staying at this home: 1. DO NOT bring a basketball 500+miles as there a 3-4 to chose from 2. DO NOT being pool towels 500+miles as there are PLENTY to chose from 3. DO NOT bring extra blanket 500+miles as there are PLENTY available in the home We could have saved A LOT of space in the car. LOL Safe and happy travels.

We had four different families, but all related in some way. There were seven adults, a 15 year old and a 3 and 5 year old. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all and a perfect array of beds for all of us. The house was beautiful!! Very large and spacious. Even though we had a large family, we never felt we were living on top of each other. We even set up a Christmas tree and had a mountain of presents under....and still plenty of room. The kitchen island was beautiful, huge and useful for fixing and serving the Christmas dinner. A large, beautiful backyard with tables, lounge chairs and a basketball court. The December weather cooperated, and we enjoyed quality time outdoors too.

I’ll start this review off by saying that Mark himself was helpful and responsive. Our experience was made better because of him. The home itself is in a good location, easy access to lots of restaurants, activities. It’s a good size home with big bedrooms. Bathrooms were in decent shape. Kitchen was nice. Tons of utensils and stocked items. Where we took issue, and the reason we left early, is the home needs a significant amount of maintenance. The carpets need to be completely replaced. They’re badly stained and need to be stretched. Walls and trim are dinged up everywhere. The outdoor space needs updating as well. The pool has seen better days. We were very hopeful the place would be an oasis based on the pictures and were frankly just disappointed in what we found, particularly given the high star rating.

We had a total of six kids and four adults stay here for a long weekend and really enjoyed the house. It was super functional, great sized bedrooms, loved having two master suites for the two couples, the twin beds for the kids were ideal, the pool was sparkling and we heated it. The hot tub was great for the little one. We used the cornhole, billiards table, air hockey and basketball court a ton--having a big stretch of turf for the kids to run around on was ideal. With a backyard like that, we didn't need to go anywhere. Thanks Mark for a great stay at a great home.

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful 10-night stay. The house is beautiful - everything spotless and nicely designed. The backyard/pool area is huge and amazing and adds an incredible element to the vacation. Each day we went out exploring the sites of Arizona and came back in the afternoon to sit at and in the pool and the hot tub. Because it was late November, I paid extra to heat the pool- and I'm glad I did because we got lots of use out of it. The pool table in the "game room" garage was also great. The kitchen is modern and large with a dining area attached looking out onto the gorgeous grounds. The wifi was strong even in the back close to the house, allowing me to do work and even tale zoom meetings by the pool. We would definitely return to this house on future trips to Scottsdale.

Had a great 6 night stay here. We settled in very comfortably and felt at home which is always a challenge while traveling. Kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub as well as taking advantage of the large backyard and game room. Plenty of privacy while outdoors hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 11 in our group. There was exactly enough room for all of us. It is a very spacious house with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the air hockey, pool table, and other games in the garage as well as corn hole, basketball, and of course the pool was awesome. This house was perfect for our little getaway from the Midwest humidity. There were 9 of us in our group and we had so much space and so many bathrooms! Bathrooms are key in my opinion! Mark was so helpful before the stay, during and after! He answered my questions within 30 Min and he called us right before we checked into the house! The pool was awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge was huge for all our food and drinks! It was a simple check in and check out! Very quiet neighborhood, not too far to groceries and only 7 min away from Costco and an In and Out! Must stay! Wished we were able to stay longer! Perfect for a friends weekend getaway or a family reunion!

This house is exceptional and has all amenities. It is in a great neighborhood near Old Town Scottsdale, numerous local restaurants, The Fashion Mall, and hiking. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and social areas are spacious and clean. We used the pool and hot tub every day. There are plenty of lounge chairs, seating, picnic table, swinging chairs, etc. around the pool for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely look into staying at this house if visiting the area. By the way, Mark was very prompt in responses and providing appropriate details regarding the pass code, location, and responses to questions. We highly recommend renting this house from Mark.

Very functional kitchen. Basketball, hot tub, and heated pool were used daily. Have stayed in other rentals which promise heated pools but don’t live up to it....that’s not this house. It was very warm. My kids never wanted to get out. Another major bonus was super comfortable beds - again hard to find in other places. There are many restaurants, groceries, shopping within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. Don’t miss date night at Hush. It doesn’t look fantastic at first sight but it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had. Shopping at both Kierland and Old Town is great. Overall would love to stay in this house again!!!

Everything you need for a family staycation in Scottsdale. The house is well stocked, clean, and spacious. The garage is full of indoor games like air hockey and the yard is huge with a beautiful pool, hot tub, basketball court, and gas grill. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and family gatherings. The house is also located close to restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shopping. Mark is a wonderful host and we had such a great time at his house.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his rental home. He was very responsive and pleasant to work with, and we ended up staying longer because we were having such a nice time. The house is exactly as pictured and described, but being there in person will amaze you even further! Large rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen is a wonderful space to spend time together when you aren’t out on the patio, and everything was well kept and functioning. The pool went shallow to pretty deep, which we loved, and the property made us feel like we were in our own private oasis. We were actually in a different listing (not Mark’s) when we began our trip to Scottsdale; unfortunately, that listing and its property management were very deceptive and we were lucky enough to find this home for the remainder of our trip. We never looked back as we enjoyed the various amenities, beautiful weather, and great memories. Thanks Mark, we will be back!

Host was very responsive and detailed. Called ahead of time to go over check-in and house rules. We had a couple nights where we cooked instead of eating out and had no issues because the house had everything I’d expect in a kitchen and more! The house was fully stocked with enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. We had extra pillows and more than enough room for 12 people. The backyard was amazing and made for a great back drop for photos. Overall experience was one of the best I’ve had from any Airbnb in the past. Definitely recommended and would love to stay here if I ever am in the area again.

Newly renovated house and spacious! Great for a family and friends get away with a lot to do at the house with the game room in the garage and a huge back yard! Open grass area with cornhole. Great amenities for cooking. Had issues with the WiFi not connecting to the televisions or phones. Pool had a small leak in it which caused us to fill it up on multiple occasions. Overall, getaway home for a group setting!

Very large,open house. Newly renovated with plenty of private bedrooms and multiple showers. Lots of space outside to enjoy.

The house was beautiful, modern, and clean! We are so thankful to Mark for being an incredible host and always responding when we had questions!

Such a great house for our weekend girls trip! We had so much fun and we had a hard time leaving— it felt like home! The decor was so adorable and The host was quick to respond and VERY accommodating. We noticed there was nothing to cleanup with and the house was short of drinking glasses. We messaged the host asking about it and those items were delivered to the property right away— above and beyond! One thing I would have liked to see is more basic cooking/kitchen items ie a glass baking dishes, serving dishes and bowls, etc. and some wash cloths in the bathrooms. Other than that absolutely wonderful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again for everything :)

This was an awesome home to stay in. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are super comfortable, and it was very spacious. The backyard was a great size. We BBQ’d, swam every day, and used the spa. The garage has fun games like pool, foosball, and air hockey. There are TV’s in every room which was nice to have when you just felt like relaxing in the rooms. The kitchen is very spacious and the butler pantry was nice for all of our food. Oh and the bathrooms are very upgraded and super nice to use. We had a great time there. The only suggestions I would have made were to add some more kitchen supplies for cooking (we had to go buy baking pans, glass baking dishes, and a can opener) and the hood vent over the stove wasn’t working. But other than those small details, I would stay here again! It was perfect for my staycation.

Very nice house with great space for kids and family. Kitchen supplies are great and good for cooking meals. The only issue was we didn’t have fully access to the AC and the rooms were extremely hot during the night.

Beautiful and convenient to amenities

This is an amazing base camp for adventures in Scottsdale. It has everything an entire family could want. Lots of room to spread out with incredibly comfortable beds. We enjoyed watching the quail each morning. Thanks Mark! It was a fantastic Airbnb and your communication was too notch.

Everything was extremely clean. Plenty of towels and overall, a very nice and spacious place. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house exceeded our expectations a lot of space inside and out with wonderful amenities! The neighborhood is well located, pool and hot tub were very clean with plenty of towels to spare, and the backyard area was great. Also, Mark was the best communicator I’ve ever worked with at Airbnb. 100% would recommend for any trip to Scottsdale!!

Very well renovated home. Immaculately furnished and appointed. Worked perfectly for two families. Great communal living space and good sized bedrooms. Children loved the games room. Well located in a very peaceful street. We will be back!! Thx Mark.
