Mark was very responsive and helpful. The place is much more spacious than I originally thought. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. The decor is fun and funky, kind of retro 80s. We loved it and had a blast. We will definitely book this location again!!

Mark’s house was in a great location near Old Town. The backyard provided perfect entertainment before a night on the town, and the house itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked with amenities!

Great Old Town Scottsdale location! We booked this house for a girls weekend and chose it over other listings because of its central location. It is walkable to shops in Old Town and Fashion Square mall. Downtown Phoenix was a short 25 minute Uber ride away. The home itself was perfect for our needs. The home was impeccably clean. There's a great round dining table for all of us, comfortable couches in the living room and very comfortable beds. The large kitchen was perfect and decently well appointed. The pool was a perfect respite to enjoy in the hot weather. The hot tub, putting green and pool table were a plus. The decor is... interesting. Bachelor pad meets 80s/90s pop art meets Home Goods. It's part of the charm and exactly as shown in the photos. I would stay here again.

The house and location were what was advertised and worked well for us as we moved our daughter into college. Of note while we stayed there. During the day, the pool was consistently filled with multiple wasps so was not easily used by family who has allergic reaction to bee stings. There was also 2 large cockroaches in the house during our stay.(we were barely at the house and didnt cook or leave food out there) These were brought to the attention of the owner prior to check out via the VRBO app but no acknowledgment/response received. Could be normal for the area, not sure.

The house was very nice. Clean easy to check in and out off. All the amenities anyone could need. The host was very responsive to the few things I needed. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice place that really checks all the boxes. Plenty of space for 6-8 people. Great outdoor area and the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen supplies if you’re inclined to cook in.

Beautiful home and incredibly well kept landscaping. A very peaceful and private pool and hot tub area with a 7' pool table and small putting green. Lots of bedrooms and no shortage of bathrooms. Location can't be beat. TV in second large bedroom was non-functional and the outdoor TV stopped working after the first night, but other than those minor issues all of the amenities were perfect. Would certainly stay here again on future Scottsdale trips.

Had 8 guys for an annual golf trip. Every course and bar we wanted to go to was within 15 minutes of the house. Putting green, pool, and pool table were lots of fun while we had down time. Will stay again next time we come to Arizona.

The house was just like the description and better. Amenities were great and the house is great for a group or less. A lot of open space. Mark was great in all communications prior, during and after the stay. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or longer. Perfect location in Scottsdale to all that is going on from eating and bars, to hiking and golf. Definitely worth a stay!

We had a great stay at this spot. Plenty of hangout space in the kitchen area as well as outside at the pool. It is walking distance from a few old town spots which made things very easy. I would recommend this spot to anyone with 6-8 people looking for a nice place.

We stayed at Mark's for a little reunion of college friends. It was the perfect home for eight women who just wanted a clean, comfortable place with a great pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the large dining table and comfortable living room. But our favorite aspect of the house was the walkability - just a 10-15 minute stroll to great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the pool table, bbq and fire pit for the evening. The home is great and easily accommodates larger families. Everyone has space. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you could imagine including extras. Thank you for having us. Great location too. Nice community and walking distance to the mall amenities and restaurants. We had an incredible meal at ocean44. We’d certainly recommend staying at Mark’s place.

Wonderful trip and great experience overall. We loved the backyard space and used the pool, pool table, and hot tub daily. I would highly recommend this house for families with teenagers because of the amenities and layout of the rooms. The house was an easy drive from the PHX airport and a very short drive into old town. Mark was responsive to us for a minor issue and got it corrected quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of six individuals and this location worked perfectly. Have very walkable shopping, bars, and restaurants. I think I was slightly concerned leading up to the trip that there may not actually be a second bedroom with a single bed in it because it’s not pictured. Rest assured there are in fact six individual (non pullout) beds in this house.

Perfect stay for a friends getaway in Scottsdale! The house and grounds were beautiful and the pool was extremely clean and warm! We were able to enjoy sun all day. It was so close to shops, restaurants, and Camelback for a hike! I’ve already shared the listing with family for a return visit.

Mark's place was perfect for our group. The four bedrooms gave us each our own space while the common areas were huge to allow us to congregate. We enjoyed all of the outdoor activities that the house had. We'd definitely be back!!

Marks place was great! Location was good and pool area was nice. Pool table wasn’t how it looked in the photos. More of a kids table. Communication was generic and questions I had prior to check in were not answered.

Went down for a golf trip, couldn’t have been a better location between the golf courses and the bars for after golf. Pool and patio were great for cooling off and hanging out while we grilled up some burgers.

We loved mark place! Its very spacious, beautiful restrooms and the backyard is just wow. I’m a plant lover and mark has done a beautiful job with his backyard. The pool it’s amazing and the trees provides amazing shade which is much needed in the Arizona heat. Lots to do in and out the house. We will be back. My favorite Airbnb so far in Phoenix.

Mark was a responsive, helpful, and excellent host for our stay! The house is in a cute neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors. It is in walking distance to Old Town and and restaurants while also having easy access to major roads and highways quickly. Each bedroom was well maintained with quality AC flowing to each. The backyard is PERFECT as the pool is in the sun all day while the lawn/putting green is shaded through most of the day leaving you with the options of soaking up the sun or taking a break in the shade.

We had such a wonderful time in Arizona, staying at this absolutely gorgeous house. Our host, Mark was super responsive and incredibly accommodating. This was our first time using Airbnb and it was a great experience. The house is in a perfect location, close to shopping, tourist spots, etc. and it really had everything we needed and then some, even a pack and play and high chair for a baby - made travel much easier! I was nervous, as this was a first big trip for my sons, first plane ride, etc. but once we got to the house and saw how awesome it was, they didn’t want to leave! Especially the pool! I can’t say enough good things about this house and our stay, with Mark as the host. If you are traveling to this area, you need to book this house!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was just perfect and pristine upon arrival. The decor is wonderful with many relaxing spaces to unwind. The beds and linens were very comfortable (A+). The pool, hot tub, game table —- oh and putting green were just icing on the cake. This place really felt like home!

There are not enough superlatives to describe how my family and I felt about this home. There were six of us staying here, 4 adults, one child and one infant. The space was perfect for us with adult children and their children staying on one side of the house (3 bedrooms and 2 baths) and my husband and I using the MBR and bath. The decor was fun and uncluttered. We loved sitting in the kitchen together and looking outside at the pool. We all had fun with the putting green. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with all the utensils you could possibly use. The location is a star attraction. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the Phoenix airport. Old Town was at our fingertips with wonderful restaurants and shops. It was a short drive to activities for the children including the zoo and aquarium. Our host, Mark was attentive and helpful. We would love to visit again and stay at this phenomenal home in this perfect location. Thanks again, Mark!

We had one small issue with the hot water at the kitchen sink, but Mark sent Gene over right away to fix it. We really enjoyed visiting with Gene! The area was not as close to Old Town as imagined. We walked it once but it was too far for us. (Six women in our 60s), so we Uber'd after that. Not a big deal, but something that might be good to know. It was a little pricey and I was surprised to see the price had gone down significantly after we booked our stay. Supply & demand, I suppose. All in all, it was a great time and the property exceeded our expectations.

This was the third year we have stayed at this home for our annual golf getaway and everything was perfect. When a small issue arose Mark was available and resolved it quickly. The location which is walking distance to Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale in a beautiful residential neighborhood is ideal. We will be back.

The pool and hot tub are divine and easy to care for. Baylee Gallen Yoga came to do a private yoga lesson for our group and the turf turned out to be a perfect spot for our mats so we could enjoy the outdoors during our practice! We loved being walking distance from the outstanding restaurants and shops at Fashion Square. Overall, a great experience in Scottsdale!

The pool & hot tub are AMAZING! We visited in February, and even though it was chilly we loved spending time in the back yard - a real oasis. It was so fun having the pool table and the mini golf too. This is definitely a great layout for a large family or group of friends and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Bill and Selene could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with. Thank you SO much for a fun getaway!!

Selene’s place is very clean and comes as you’d expect. They’re very quick with responses and helpful when we had questions about check in/check out etc. Proximity to Old Town was awesome and one of the best parts of the trip (about a $5 Uber to get there). Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

This house is beyond clean which is very important to me. The location is great and the walk to old town is about 20min. We had a car so we also explored the area and took a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge! Pool and spa are also clean and the backyard is a perfect place to hang out. We had a lovely stay.

Fashion Square home was the perfect spot for a weekend girls trip. We really enjoyed the various areas to hang out and the fun amenities like the pool/hot tub, pool table and putting green.

Be aware of extra fee for use of spa/hot tub. Thermostats are locked from you adjusting. Many rules and regs to be aware of so just be sure it suits you and your desired experience.

Lovely property and a courteous management team, but three of comments: Communication was very prompt. Received several 3-4 canned marketing emails which included helpful information, but also information "cross-selling" the company's other rentals. It was a bit much. Soaps, shampoos, and conditioner were the exact kind you get at a low-budget motel. I had never seen that in an AirBnb before. (pics available if interested) Pool: please be aware the pool vacuum apparently must remain in the pool. Meaning - you are swimming around with a large pool vacuum & hose in the pool. This was not listed on the description. However, I called the team and they removed it later that day or the following morning. (pics available if interested) Excluding the bed, the furniture was not really comfortable. Clearly a rental property. It takes a lot for me to notice or care about furniture, but that furniture was pretty noticeably uncomfortable. Especially the large couch in the main room. The team was very courteous and promptly responsive. The backyard is amazing. But it is unlikely that I'd stay there again.

The cleaning fee is not listed on the additional fees category but rather on house rules. This i feel should have been more transparent. Place was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to Old town, lots of golf courses and most of all house was in perfect shape. If your gonna stay in Scottsdale and like to golf, eat great food, walk to a spring training game or party in some of the best clubs ever this is the house for you.

This house was perfect! Amazing location, we walked into Old Town Scottsdale! The pool and hot tub were awesome. So much room for gathering around the kitchen table for games or watching tv at night. Quick response with questions and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for your trip to Scottsdale!

The location was great & near everything in the Scottsdale area. House was very clean & stocked with everything needed for our stay.

Selene's home is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything one would need. The backyard is private and includes a pool, billiards and mini-putting range. Bring your own golf balls if wishing to use the latter. Be sure to read ALL of the house rules before booking as the cleaning fee was down on the list seen only when pressing the down arrow. Check-in was extremely easy. Selene's response rate is almost instantaneous.

This house was amazing and just like the pictures. The host was very quick to respond. Very detailed instructions. We loved having a TV in every room. Just a wonderful stay with great hosts.

Well maintained, clean, and excellent location. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. No trick or treaters though! They could use some updated cooking pans, but the kitchen has what is needed. I would stay here again without question. Thank you so much to our excellent Hosts!

The location is great, not walkable but within minutes to anything you'd want. The pool and backyard are great. Lots of space, comfortable beds and nice, new, clean linens. Well stocked kitchen and communal spaces.
