We had an awesome stay at Mark’s place with our family of five (2 parents and 3 “kids” – 13, 22 and 25). The house was super clean and comfy and worked out perfect for our trip at the end of February. The layout was great, we never felt on top of each other but could still all hang out together. The backyard was the star. Our kids LIVED in the hot tub and when we weren’t in there we were playing pool, ping pong, foosball or shooting hoops. The yard is really pretty too, with two nice patches of grass and citrus trees – fun surprise in the desert. We also liked having the extra little living room in the separate suite, plus all the seating outside and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and mini fridges. Mark was very responsive and easy to work with. He has a few other places in the area and we’ll definatly be looking at his properties next time we’re in Scottsdale. Would for sure stay here again and def recomend to other families or groups.

The house was spacious and comfortable. It has a lovely back yard. The pool and tub were very nice for us in the evenings. The grass area was so nice for my grandson to play. We sat outside and enjoyed the backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as dishes, pans, coffee maker and more. The pool table was enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of towels and blankets. Very nice. I would stay here if available when I’m in the area

We loved this place! Amazing location—easy walking distance to town and the canal. It had everything we needed for a trip with friends, including a nicely sized kitchen and dining area that were perfect for cooking and eating together. There was plenty of living space for hanging out and indoor games, plus lots of outdoor space and activities. The pool and hot tub were perfect before and after hikes or trips into town. We would absolutely stay again!
