Great location, great property set up, the casita is a very nice touch. The pool and hot tub are amazing. And everything was perfectly stocked. Also garage parking spot was a huge plus!
Our group of 10 stayed for a long weekend during the fall. The home itself was beautiful and more spacious than the pictures featured. Location was near many shopping/food attractions. The home was clean and fully stocked with more than plenty of toiletries, dishes, and towels/linens. The separate 2bedroom casita (my favorite) gave guests additional privacy and had its own view of the gorgeous backyard. The home sits at the end of a quiet dead end street so you don’t have thru traffic, but the nearby airport can make it slightly noisy during most of the day, especially if you are enjoying the outdoors. Although, air traffic tended to quiet down over the night hours and no sleep was lost. Overall, Mark provided a very warm comfortable stay and all home away from home details were considered. Mark, thanks again for hosting our family and allowing us to connect and create fond memories!

We had our annual guys golf trip to Scottsdale this year and had a blast at Mark's beautiful home. Tucked away in the mountains with awesome views. Great pool, hot tub, chipping area, indoor basketball court. What else could you ask for! Everything was great and we are already talking about going back again next year! If you have a group outing, you can't go wrong. Thank you Mark for a great experience!

This house is a must-rent. The views of the Arizona terrain are unreal; wide, rugged, and absolutely beautiful from every angle. The putting/chipping green and private basketball court make the property feel like a full-on resort, and the pool + hot tub are perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Inside, the home has an amazing ambiance: clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Everything is set up to make your stay easy and enjoyable. If you want a place with stunning scenery, top-tier amenities, and a luxury feel, this is the spot. We’d book again without hesitation.
Terrific spot. Very close to shopping, TPC Scottsdale and decent food options. Maybe the best part was that it’s at the end of a cul-de-sac so only one neighbor who we never saw or heard. Highly recommend.
place was perfect for our two families. could have easily accommodated another family. Kiddos had a great time. Clean and spacious home, includes everything you could possibly need during your stay. would recommend and rent again.
Great spot to stay, all within walking distance of shops and restaurants! Hot tub and pool were perfect. Couldn’t ask for much more!
This was the perfect house for my family to stay as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding nearby. It was very spacious and had great amenities. Mark was also great to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.
