Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs
We understand that flexible arrival and departure times can make travel easier, and we’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible. However, preparing the home for your stay involves coordinating several teams; including housekeeping, inspectors, pool service, and landscaping — all of whom follow a tightly scheduled routine.
To maintain our high standards and ensure the property is clean, safe, and ready for every guest, any adjustment to the schedule requires advance planning and additional coordination. As a result, a fee of $50 per hour applies to both early arrivals and late departures.
Examples:
- Early Check-In: Check-in at 1:00 PM (instead of 4:00 PM) = $150
- Late Check-Out: Check-out at 12:00 PM (instead of 10:00 AM) = $100
Please note:
- Early check-ins and late check-outs may not be available on turnover days.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for time adjustment requests.
- If we’re unable to accommodate your request, your prepayment will be automatically refunded.
Paying in advance helps us organize vendor schedules more effectively and improves the chances we can honor your request. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to explore special arrangements when our schedule allows—just contact us ahead of time to check availability and any applicable fees.
